Apartelle Jatujak Hotel

Choose this place because the location is close to Union Hall / Union Mall, which is the only reason why I went to Bangkok, to watch a concert. Apartelle's is walking distance to/from Phahon Yothin MRT station. Good foods are everywhere but it can be quite difficult to find Halal's food. All and all, this place is great! No drama. Staffs are absolutely amazing! They always try to help you no matter what, try to accommodate to your needs. Free Netflix in your room, free coffee/hot chocolate that you can get from coffee machine at level 2 common space. They also provide free cup noodles, tidbits such as biscuits. I feel warm welcome by their lovely staff. Worth my money spent! This place has total of 6 floor, limited parking space and not within business district so it's pretty much quiet at night. Although the room I stayed at has balcony, but no smoking allowed. Room was studio standard size, but for me it was huge with ample space for storage.

Nothing much that I can think of. The building is small especially when you have more than 3 guests to check-in/out at the same time, you can feel whole reception area occupied but that's very small issue.

Apart from the nicest staff on site which gave me advice on transportation, and greeted me with smiles every single day, I definitely enjoyed the common area/pantry on the second floor. Its an insta-worthy space with free flow coffee and snacks which feels private because there's hardly any other people there. I went there for coffee every morning (and evening). I also sometimes ate my lunch there as they provide a microwave, plates, cups, and utensils for every use. The shuttle to the MRT which is by Union Mall operated from 7am to 12am. I went to a concert and got back late but walking was just around 1km and the area felt safe as there's 7e's and Big C minimart on the way. The shuttle to the BTS was great when I wanted to go to the city centre (Siam especially) for shopping. Oh, and there's a halal food stall selling Thai chicken biryani (Kao mok gai) of walking distance nearby. Its so delicious and cheap!

Another microwave specifically for halal food would be great :)

This place was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Other reviews have suggested that the room was smaller than expected, I did not find that at all and thought it was exactly the size the photos show. The common kitchen/lounge area on floor 2 was great with free coffee, tea and noodles. The hotel is walking distance to 7-Eleven, Lotus and the BTS but there is also a free shuttle bus taking you when ever you want to go. It’s so convenient and when you return to either of the places, you just call and the shuttle bus will pick you up again. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back next time we are in Bangkok.

The staff were welcoming, free tuktuk service for pickup and drop off at Union Mall / Lotus's. The common area with free beverages + snacks + instant noodles was enjoyable. Bed was super large and comfy. Location close to the new (and better cuz its less crowded) Jodd Fairs and Central Ladprao. They give u the feeling of a very generous and friendly accomodation.

The room was poorly cleaned. Sure the bed and floor and commonly used surfaces were clean, but the toilet fan, the showers, and other surfaces were really, really dirty. They could provide some bowls and eating utensils in room.

Oh my, where do I start? I love everything about this hotel. I didn't think much during booking and was pleasantly surprised when I checked in to find the ample storages, big refrigerator, a balcony and a drying rack, a sofa and a personal wifi inside the room. It is a little far from the city centre but the hotel provides a shuttle to and from the nearest MRT (union mall) and BTS (lotus) which can get you to the city centre in not half an hour. Also, the shuttle ride was so fun as I get to see around the quaint neighbourhood and familiarize myself with the area. All the staff was AH-MAZING! They're super nice and helful and most of them speaks english fluently. I cant wait to visit again!

Its a very nice hotel, exceeded our expectations when we arrived here.. the room fits perfectly, loved the arrangement of bathrooms and bed being in the center of the entire room, it was as advertised in pictures. The receptionist were all very smiley and helpful, very grateful for them for helping us arrange the shuttle to the mall nearby from hotel which was free and accessible anytime until midnight - a plus point ! Bed was indeed comfy, was equipped with all of the amenities we needed. To sum it up, it is worth every penny we paid.. was really sad when we had to go back home, will definitely come back and book stay in Apartelle Chatuchak Hotel Bangkok again. Thank you for the hospitality !

Nothing, it was all perfect.

I like the facilities provided. It's more than I expected and apparently what I needed without ask (iron and iron support sheet). I love the bathroom size and shower gel to be precise. What stunned me the most when I got in was two big water bottles! I appreciate the place that understands the sufficient need of their guests' thirst and health.

There are only three aspects I don't like about this place. The TV quality is low, to start off. Even though it's smart TV, I'd better not use it. Secondly, I keep hearing telephone ringing noise from the nearby house (sat side by side) even after midnight. That is, the soundproof quality is really something to fix off. And lastly, the shampoo got my hair so dry that I need to use my own to fix it. That's a pity because I like the scent of both shampoo and shower gel, but its quality is too uh ah.

Everything! Staff were exceptional, really looked after me being a female solo traveler and gave me loads of advice. I only stayed one night before getting the bus up to Chiang Mia. There was a communal area with hot/cold drinks and snacks which was great. The hotels shuttle bus is brilliant and free, it takes you to Union mall then you can take a short walk to central plaza to visit the food hall on the ground floor which is a must then go across the road to lotus to get picked up again.

We highly recommend the Apartelle Jatujak Hotel to fellow travellers. The combination of exceptional comfort, nice decor, versatile space for work and relaxation, and its convenient location make it a perfect choice. We genuinely felt at home. Pros: very comfortable bed and sofa, good Wifi, dedicated desk space, TV with Netflix, nice shower We would stay again!

Although it didn't bother us, having a couple of mugs, plates, and cutlery would enhance the functionality of the kitchenette. Also, we would like to suggest some simple breakfast options

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved the area. Location is convenient to MRT and there are of things to do and eat in the area. Feels more local in this area - didn’t see many foreign tourist compared to downtown. The free shuttle service was very convenient, even though Union Mall and Central Lardprao are only 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. Room is little small but clean and comfortable. Very good value for money. Thank you!

Basin in the bathroom could be cleaner.
