Accessibility - 5/5 (surrounded with 7/11, tops, max valu; 5min walk to train and bus station, taxi and motorbike just outside the hotel) Comfort - 5/5 Free pool access from 8am to 9pm Have own restaurant Have lift Room is big with table, sofa, fridge, kettle, TV. Bathroom have bath tub. AC is in good condition. The fridge was broken in the room we were assigned to so they moved us to the next room right away. Water bottle are provided everyday. Shampoo and shower gel small are replaced daily
Would have been better to have slippers inside the room and 1 or 2 hangers

Price is almost half from similar room in Bangkok city center. Family room for 4 is spacious and comfortable. Inhouse restaurant and mini market was great.
Location a little bit outside of city center but is not a big issue as very close to public transport (metro) and reachable with Grab/Taxi with reasonable price.

The view from the room is amazing, the room itself is comfortable, the ac works perfectly, the housekeeping is always asking to clean the room.
Sometimes the WiFi wasn’t working. I came here for work and read some bad comments. But honestly it’s a very good place.

I liked everything about the hotel. The hotel is big, there is 14 floors. Location is great, Pratunam and chatuchak market are near that hotel. The staff are really helpful.
There were ants in the room and one night we saw a cockroach.

The staff seem pretty unhappy - and there’s loads of them in the restaurant which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
