Kitzio House Hotel Huai Kwang

I only stayed there for 1 night (arrived very late and left fairly early in the morning). The hotel itself is more like a small apartment. It was clean and well kept, with soaps and towels and all that. Perfectly fine if you just want a short stay on a budget. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I'm not a big fan of the security having to use your card to get in and out the lobby of the building. But that's more a personal thing and not really that relevant but it made the place feel much less like a hotel and more like a prison. That combined with the view, or lack of, because there is a giant grate over the building that basically blocks the view almost completely (at least from the side of the building where my room was). I think it might be quite subjective but the place had an air of coldness that wouldn't really lend itself to comfort or travel, but would be perfectly fine for business. Besides how I FELT about the place, there was actually nothing noteworthy of complaint. It was all perfectly in line.

The front desk workers were actually so amazing. Anytime we asked for anything they would just give us arm loads of it. The room was clean and tidy. 

I probably would’ve liked a room with two queen or double beds, because I was traveling with my teenage daughter and my father, but this place is so popular they did not have those rooms available.

Theres not much restaurant near by. Only Chinese resto and some small stalls of canteen But during every night theres a small food bazzar in front of the mrt exit.

Location is excellent, staff were helpful, room was very nice and building was beautiful.

Difficult to get a room at a reasonable price when I tried to book again. I suppose it was high season. But I can see why this hotel is in high demand, it was excellent.

Excellent location in a quiet street, short walk to the train station less than 10 minutes, really friendly and helpful staff.

Very convenient location with plenty of food options around and nice coffee shop Oasis Coffee. The place was done beautifully and the rooms feel like your home.

Parking no off street parking for my car.

Located in a very peaceful area & well connected to all major places in the city. Bike rides through Grab app is recommended

The room is quite old facilitized but clean

Great hotel! Rooms are very nice and comfortable. It´s very quiet inside, and the common space downstairs is beautiful. The Metro is only a few minutes away by foot
