Anta Residence ''Self-sevice apartment''

apartment is spacious, washing machine was great during songkran. shower has good pressure. apartment overall was clean however I do think it could have been cleaner in bathroom. balcony great for drying clothes. bed comfy and wardrobe space great for longer stays. location good once you know your surroundings in relation to chiang Mai old town

check in wasn’t possible until after 3:30

Great view, nice neighbourhood next to the Shangri-La, nice pool & gym although the pool got very crowded. Was really nice to have a washer in the apartment. Overall comfortable. Good wifi.

Easy check-in, although the room was ready about 30 minutes later than the posted check-in time, even though the host knew we would be waiting. No usable bowls, just two miniature ones so we had to buy our own. Mattress not great, we could feel the springs.

Used this for 10-day quarantine and the hosts were super helpful in organising our food to be brought up to us when we got things delivered. Great to have an ensuite with a bath, the kitchen was basic but good enough for our two weeks there and the dining/living space was good. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived and the wifi was good.

We would have liked access to the cleaning materials so that we could just clean up after ourselves - there was no washing up liquid or sponge so we had to buy those ourselves.

This property is absolutely amazing! we stayed for 1 week allowing us a little time to settle and we couldn’t have asked for a better apartment / location. Although there is no staff on site to directly contact about the room they were very fast to respond via email and booking.com directly. Room based Wifi = Amazing Comfy Bed & Pillows = Amazing Swimming pool and Gym = Exceptional We honestly could not be happier with our stay! You will not regret staying here.

location and value of money

only one key card and no emergency contact number because next door was fighting and very lound at 2:30 am and we cannnot get out the room and ask for help because only one key card!!!

This is not the hotel by itself but a particular host from somewhere else, we went a little bit earlier than the check in time and we needed a shower but the hotel could n t do anything for us because it was particular host.

Nice comfortable apartment with all you need. Roof top pool very nice steam room and sauna an added bonus which were all clean

Check in procedure is a bit complicated especially if you arrive before 2pm. It hasn't got a reception desk and everything is done by email. If you are early you will have to phone and arrange for your key to be delivered. But it was quick and it was my fault for being early before check in time. So not really a problem.

The pool was great, the gym was well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. 7/11 very close, as were some restaurants. Transport was readily available. Close to the night markets and old city.

A little over-cautious on the chlorine content of the pool water, so grab some goggles or just keep your eyes closed underwater. ( understandable to be safe )

The bed was not comfortable- it was hard and lumpy. The pans were also not in good condition

Everything. The location was super and the condo is conveniently located in walking distance to the night bazaar and several other markets. The room was great and perfectly suited to our needs for a weekend stay. The condo is lovely. Pool is amazing and check in and out was an absolute breeze.
