Hotel Zade0

Very clean and modern hotel in Erzurum. We stayed in 7 different Turkish cities and hotels and I would rate this as one of, if not the, best! Best breakfast for sure!

The only downside was lack of A/C cooling in the room so it was hot as we were there in late August. I asked the staff why the a/c wasn’t working and they said there is no a/c. Well there are wall controls for a/c and I thought they advertised they had it. This won’t be an issue outside of the summer season of course. Still, a very nice place to stay (in cool seasons).

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and our room, including the bathroom, was a good size. The decor and room trimmings were tasteful too. There was a decent variety of local foods for breakfast, which I enjoyed as I love eating local cuisine. The hotel location was quite convenient to the main road and attractions. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful.

The internet did not work well at all.

Located at a quite street at\near the city center. Breakfast with good variety, and tasty pastries. Well decorated dining room, terase with beutiful view. Nice spacious rooms and helpful staff (especially the Lady at the reception). I had to cut my vacation short and they charged me only for the days I stayed, although my reservation was for another 4 days.

Rooms lightning was a little dark

I can't even believe how nice this place is for the price I paid. Modern, luxurious hotel room and bathroom. Very comfortable, with a desk and fridge, and within a 2-minute walk to the main road. It was quiet at night despite being near the hustle-and-bustle. Lady at the desk at check-in was nice. Highly recommend - I wish I could have stayed longer!

The hotel is near the major tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet was well-spread and delicious. The rooms are comfortable. The receptionist were kind enough to recommend good restaurant and point of interest in Erzurum.

The lift is so compact and sometimes it does not work.

Hard mattress which as for me was not comfortable for sleeping

Variety of breakfast ingredients and the taste is commendable, taste of homemade food. I would like to thank owner of the hotel personally supporting safe parking process in the facility.

Pillows type used lead to neck ache in the morning.

Location was excellent, and the best breakfast buffet we had over a 3 week trip. The staff on the 6th floor were great as was the female member of staff on reception who spoke excellent English

The rooms get quiet hot in summer and unfortunately there is no air conditioning in rooms

Fantastic room and breakfast. Convenient location, welcoming staff. Very luxurious stay.

Noisy guests (Not the fault of the hotel, of course!) constantly knocking to get into each other's rooms, so noise and shouting in the hallway. We recommend giving multiple key cards to prevent this.

The breakfast was superb. Location could not be any better. The room had a small balcony which allowed us to smoke outside without leaving the room. Minibar was perfect, it is refreshed everyday. The room also got cleaned every day. We had some small troubles regarding the toilet, but they all got fixed at the same day once we told the staff about it. They let us delay our checkout time a bit. We were able to store our luggage during the day of the checkout until we catch our flight. The staff were eager to help

There was no sound proofing between rooms. We found ourselves hitting the walls to warn the room next to us about noise they're making. Also, you can hear almost everything from the hallway, as there was a gap under the main door of the room allowing the noises to reach to room. I believe they could find a way to prevent it
