Unfortunately, we had a fire alarm go off in the evening and the process to communicate with guests was not in place. That's never good in any situation but it's something that should warrant the development of an emergency plan.

I was checking in and Mr Mohamed helping me she intervierd and took over then said to me we don’t have room as your requested I’ll give you different room I said try do your best check please she was answering in no time and in a way …. Your booked via booking and you know it’s subject to availability and I said it’s bad luck you took over it would be better to check with other then Mohamed took over again and he was nice and helpful and solved that issue

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Staff were awesome, Laila helped us add breakfast to our reservation, Mateo was amazing she helped us switch to a preferred, Shamila and the team were awesome everyday at breakfast. Housekeeping was great, the gentlemen managing the rooftop pool were awesome. And big thank you to the managers at the breakfast restaurant both lady and gentleman, to the man that gave us our decaf coffee everyday, Mateo and the rest of the staff!

Wonderful breakfast (exceptional), very quiet and professional atmosphere and staff. Location was great for me as it is close to Sheykh Zayed Grand Mosque and also to the Abu Dhabi international airport (there is also a mall nearby). Overall, great value for money, I would recommend to stay in this hotel.

I think rooms could be more soundproof (I could hear someone's alarm tone from the next room). And it would be better to be informed beforehand that the pool is closed for Ramadan period.

everything was OK, just one thing not, paying

they debited my bank card with 2x641 dirham before 3 days of arrival, however in the booking was clearly stated, that we must pay our fees during our stay. Of course we paid cash, but the debited amount is not arrived back since 25th of November. We don’t know what to do? what are we waiting for?

My stay at this hotel was wonderful! The personnel were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was fast and efficient, allowing me to settle in quickly. The bed sheets were clean and the room was spotless. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near lots of bus stops, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Very clean and spacious room. The breakfast was exceptional - so many things to choose from. There was variety of food and fresh juices. The room had everything that you need - towels, iron, tea, and many more. The bust stop is nearby just outside of the hotel.

Depends on what you want to visit the location can be either bad or good. It's close to the Gran Mosque but very far from the coast. Sometimes it took over 2h to reach the location that's in northern part of the city, so you need to check in advance what you want to visit and book the hotel then.

The breakfast was absolutely OUTSTANDING - one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had (and I travel a lot internationally) in terms of taste and variety and layout. The service was also outstanding with all the waiters very attentive and polite. The manager was constantly watching that every customer was fully attended to and satisfied. He even noticed out of the corner of his eye that I needed a fork and brought me one immediately without my asking.

Location for me was not the best but then Abu Dhabi is very spread out as a city.

Breakfast was great. Although, its the same menu served for 2days, importance it has variety to cater all preferencr and always fresh. Staff were very accomodating and even gave our small request to design the room to greet my friend a happy birthday. Room was clean. We just have to follow up the toiletries, towels and robes for 2 person. Pool was small but it was ok for 2-3 person to use. Since the pool was situated at the rooftop. It has great area for sunbathing and get some tan. Sauna and steam room is good for 2 person and that was fine. No overcrowding when we used it. Location was good especially on the higher floor you can see a better view of the city and man made island.

Different emirates have different rules. Just make sure to inform and update guests about the Covid PCR requirements either for fully vaccinated individuals or not.

The dining staff was great. Thanks to Thasif, Jesca, and two Nepali staff and their manager. Rooms were always clean, and credit goes to young Bangladeshi boys, who was always there to help.

As my flight changed, I contacted staff from the UK for the possibility of early check-in, they said you could get key by 10 am. When I arrived it was different scenario but to extent not staff fall as rooms were full
