Great room size, location in the building, with good lighting and lamp choices. You don't miss the fact that there are no overhead lights, because the lamps provide ample lighting. Plus, they are multifunctional as they are charging stations as well. Friendly staff who were very accommodating. Plus, the hotel was within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do, which was the icing on the cake of our stay!
A few stains on the bed comforter that I didn't think too much about and there was only regular milk available for the continental breakfast. An almond milk or oat milk option would have been nice, since I can't have dairy milk.

the layout was different than other hotels i’ve been to. the pool is in the front & you have to go through the lobby to get anywhere, which is awkward if the staff is in there.

The location was great as it was in the older part of town so traffic wasn't bad. The bed was super comfortable, and good water pressure in the shower. The price was great to. I would stay here again if I was in Fort Payne.
There was some potato chips and bottle cap next the the nightstand by the bed on the floor, and the desk chair had some grease and what appeared to be rice in the seat. Other than that the room was clean. Breakfast is so so because of covid. But I would stay here again. Nothing major to complain about.

The property was easy to get to. We had a very late check in. Elizabeth at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Room was comfortable but did have a musty smell. The property is old, but price was good. Staff was very friendly.

I didn’t like the fact that in booking it said there was a fireplace and private entrance to the room but in all reality it’s a smoke detector not a fireplace and the entrance is the same as all room so that needs to be corrected.
