The building was secured and clean.

Breakfast was not served in both buildings only in the main. Just a bit of a walk. Not really a huge deal.

Location was great. We were in the middle of shopping area, food, and the beach. Staff was very friendly from the time of arrival and leaving. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Breakfast was not the best, but okay.

Loved the location, the quiet of the location and facility. Room was comfortable and a good size. Kitchenette was just right.

My room carpet and upholstery had been steam cleaned before I arrived, making the room air moist for the entire time I was there. I couldn't sit on anything other than the coffee table, office chair, and my bed. That was a little annoying but I dealt with it. And the Thursday morning breakfast lady was yakking on her cell phone at 6am while setting up the area and that was definitely not appreciated when guests were still in their rooms.

We liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast was very good the next morning. We really liked the pancake maker! The beds were comfortable and the room had a small fridge, which was nice to keep the kids drinks in.

We didn't get a lot of sleep during the night, but I can't totally blame the hotel for all of it. This hotel is located in a family vacation city near the beach. So naturally there are going to be a lot of kids there. The problem was, the walls are paper thin. The family next to us with kids got in really late and continued to talk and carry on loudly till about 1:00 in the morning. I understand they were excited and having a fun vacation, but it kept us awake almost all night. Be prepared for this. If you want a good night's rest in this family vacation area, you might want to look somewhere else.

It seems the exterior this one has just recently been renovated. Not sure about the interior, but it was a nice enough place anyway. Clean and comfy room with all the advertised amenities. Generally friendly staff, but the lady at the front desk during check-in wasn't very friendly and seemed annoyed or not very motivated.

Breakfast room is way too small for the size of the motel. Breakfast was your typical run-off-the-mill US-motel-breakfast, but we didn't expect anything other than that, so no big deal. No elevator, which is kinda uncommon for a motel of more than one story in the US - not a problem either, but worth mentioning, I guess. No complaints otherwise.

Looks like it's being renovated, which is fine, but the building I was in didn't have an elevator (there are 2 buldings), and it's really hot in hallways coming up the stairs. There were ants and a soldier beetle in the bathroom. Small room reminded me of a dorm at Troy state. Bed was ok not really soft, we shared 1.5 pillows there is literally a half pillow instead of 2 full pillows each side.

I liked that it had complimentary breakfast, and that the stairwell near our room was air conditioned. I liked the pool, and the security of using our card to get into the building. I liked the closeness to shopping and the beach. I liked that when I needed more towels they were happy to give me some.

I found a roach in the bathroom. It was gross. I didn't like that the pool was open to anybody when you needed a key card to get into the building. I didn't like that they didn't make the bed after the first night, and that with 4 people in the room, they only gave us 3 washcloths.

Nice for the cost- is a budget property. The room & beds were clean and comfortable. The main area & hallway carpeting needs updating, and there is no elevator. The continental breakfast was muffins, fruit, cereal, sausage biscuits, juice and coffee. Bonus is there’s a pancake maker. Nice touch. Great location- near beach and restaurants. Still quiet for being on main drag. We chose room upstairs after reading reviews of hearing footsteps from upper guests if you stayed on first floor. Didn’t see the pool - we were there for the beaches! 😀 Good for a short stay.

A/C made a weird gurgling sound but wasn’t bad enough to warrant a call or move rooms. Second morning I smelled cigarette smoke- possible from courtyard outside my window. No other complaints.

The room was a great size, the pool was warm and the breakfast was excellent. The woman working the breakfast area in the 2nd building was a terrific worker. Any problems we had she was there to help.

We did not like the handicap shower. And we looked for a pet free hotel and we witnessed 2 customers with dogs that are not medical pets. My mom is allergic to cats and dogs and to see that we were highly upset. One dog was big and was not there to help the customer. The other dog was small and she had to chase it when it ran off after getting off the elevator.
