SureStay was clean & the bed was comfortable. It was in an area that felt safe. Those are the 2 things most important to me when choosing somewhere to stay. The staff at checkin & checkout were both professional & friendly. The price was good & no problem with reservation through Booking.com.

Not really a negative for me, but may be useful for other travelers. I had prepared to pay the $100 cash deposit & they had just recently switched to putting that on hold on a card. It was released at checkout without any complications.

Has been completely remodeled, all new flooring, bathrooms, counters, furniture, very comfy sleep. Has coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. Being from Cordova I was very surprised by the changes. I am familiar with Best Western and how clean they are ran, so decided to give it a try. Glad we did and we will use them again!!!

Stairwell is in center of building so walking a pet or even going to your car from the 2nd floor rooms is tiring. Our room was very clean, on the far end of top floor, but the doorway into the room had a spiderweb across the door. Everything else was perfect!

The location is convenient, check-in was quick and cheerful (I was prepared for the required $100 deposit). There was a good amount of space in the room. The facility looks nearly new.

One of our two rooms hadn't gotten completely cleaned. The whole floor was dirty/gritty, and the tub had not been cleaned. There were stains on one of the sheets. Also, the bathroom door didn't close all the way (problem with the hinge). The breakfast was minimal.

The rooms were very clean and the bed was delightful.

I had to walk all the way around the building to get to my room because the back lot was being paved. The sidewalk was cluttered with bags and loose tools laying on the ground. The hotel had a paving company doing the back lot and the people doing the paving were staying in the Hotel. The room they were in was right next door to my room. They had there door open and there were guys standing outside there room laughing and joking around all night long. I was so disturbed I could not sleep. I checked out at 6 am and told the lady at the counter and she said she would tell the manager. I had planned to stay another night but I could not sleep so I went to another hotel. This was a nice place and I was very satisfied with staff,room. Parking lot was horrible.

The juice machine did not work and the waffle machine was missing because it too was broken…disappointing.

They checked us in early and quickly because we were exhausted. Thanks ladies!

Couldn't turn the ac lower than 72 so the room was a little warm for me but we were just happy to sleep. Also my deposit still isn't back on my card and we definitely didn't mess up our room

Nice large room! Very pleasant desk clerk!

Was supposed to be handicap assessable however a wheelchair could not fit into the bathroom and the only grab bar to transfer onto the toilet was behind the toilet! We were unable to use it at all nor the bathtub as there was no handheld shower and no shower chair. We couldn’t fit our bedside commode in the tub to use in place of the shower chair as the tub was too small to place facing the shower head. Would have worked sideways if there was a hand held shower! Also there was a coffee maker in the room with coffee but alas the coffee maker didn’t work!

The staff is always very nice and accommodating when we arrive. We arrived about an hour and a half earlier than check in and the lady at the front desk made it possible for us to go ahead and check in which was very nice. The rooms are very spacious and the bed and pillows are always very comfortable.

Loved parking close to the room. Room was comfortable.

Booked a room with A king bed. Arrived at 2:30 pm and was told there were no king bed rooms so had to accept a double. Room was pretty clean but there was a dirty handprint on the wall next to the shower. A lamp next to the bed for reading would have been nice instead of the ceiling lights only.

Room was nice and clean. Vending was very good value. Very adequate parking.

Breakfast could have been better. Juice wasn't very good. Not expecting restaurant quality so it might be better just to offer an even more limited offering of better things.
