Ramada by Wyndham Juneau

Rooms were very spacious. Bedding was comfortable and check-in and check-out was easy. Nice location and not far from the downtown area with lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel does have a restaurant onsite, and we ate there for breakfast and it was very good! Once again, we were shocked at how spacious the rooms were. No A/C in our room but we had a fan that we placed by the window and it brought in plenty of the Alaskan cool air during the night.

Front desk staff is very friendly and gave good suggestions and asked how your day was when you return. I had a lovely view of the mountains from my room. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I need one at home! Breakfast was really good in their restaurant. ham/eggs/toast. I liked that it was only a 10 minute walk to town which I did every day to catch my bus tours. What a lovely vacation by myself. I lucked out with sunshine everyday and close to 70. I will stay here for sure next time I visit.

There was NOT one thing that was a problem!!

I like the location and the view of the restaurant. Also, Ramada is a great place to stay in Juneau. I originally booked Wyndham Travelodge. Considering the extremely high Uber/Lyft fee of transportation to the downtown, we changed our mind and decided to stay in this hotel. It turned out to be a great experience!

Location was great and the view of the water was amazing.

Shower head is way to low, if you are above 5'4", you'll have to bend over to get your head under the water. And no ac, only a floor fan in the room, it got hot and stuffy in the room a lot. There was no maid service the whole 8 nights we were there, if you needed something, you had to ca the front desk to ask for it.

Everything was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Very quiet atmosphere. The front desk workers were very nice and helpful, everything we needed in our room was provided. The restaurant was exceptional! We loved our food!! The waitors were very kind and friendly, very accommodating as well. The hotel's in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and other fun things in town. Our stay was great!

staff was very welcoming and helpful with where to go and what to see. Beds were comfortable and water tasted great. wasn’t all chlorinated.

maid service didn’t replenish coffee, soap when we put the sign out for cleaning. Could use a towel rack closer to shower.

close to downtown, everything was within walking distance, ocean view

it was a great property to stay at the only thing that was a little annoying was that the mattress cover kept popping up in the middle of night or when you would roll over. but other then that nothing major.

Location was good. No shuttle to ferry terminal. Accommodations were older but everything was clean. Had to ask for washcloths as we were given one washcloth for two people for two days. It was quiet and restful and staff was friendly.

No shuttle service. We were put in the back of the hotel with a view of the parking lot when the hotel faces the water and seemed almost empty. I would have loved a view. Beds were a little hard, but doable.

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT FOR MY WORK. GOOD BED. CLEAN. APPRECIATE FREE WIFI. STAFF IS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD...NOT TOO INTRUSIVE, HELPFUL, CARING. ALSO LIKED THAT I COULD ORDER A DRINK FROM THE BAR AND TAKE TO MY ROOM.

DON’T LIKE FAKE UHT “CREAMER” IN LITTLE PLASTIC INGLE SUE CONTAINERS. THE TV DID NOT WORK, BUT STAFF CAME TO FIX PROMPTLY. WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED A READING CHAIR. MY “COMPLAINTS” DO NOT OVERTAKE THE EXPERIENCE. I LIKE THIS HOTEL.

Staff was friendly. We didn’t get cleaning services the first day and when complained we were provided a coupon to use at the restaurant which was greatly appreciated.

There was paint tape on our floor and in our bathroom. No AC.
