Hampton Inn Batesville, Ar

The was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Sad thing about hotel tubes are they are to shallow. The shower was nice but the small tube took away from enjoying the shower. Very nice place I would recommend to anyone.

My view out the window was the back of the entrance overhang. The T.V was to small for the size of the room. Breakfast was good but not very warm. No wipes to clean a table before sitting down to eat. Syrup on the table from the last person.

The staff was amazing. Accommodations were lovely and comfortable. The poolside was luxurious. Just felt at home here. Every single person did a great job!

I don't like the security deposit, which I find insulting. I would like for there to be some poolside chaise lounges for lying on. I don't think it is unreasonable to ask for a late checkout to be later than noon. I have been to this property three times now. I leave the room in almost immaculate condition.

The hotel is modern and new with nice decor throughout. Pleasant employees, staff. Rooms are spacious with modern decor. USB enabled plugs are a plus! Large bathroom, soft bed, sanitized tv control. Full hot breakfast with grab and go bag option. If you have to stay in Batesville then this is the place but the prices are outrageous. I may stay in Searcy on my next family visit.

The price is out of alignment. Room cleaning must be requested. Staff member getting breakfast was hacking and coughing into her hand then using the same hand to touch breakfast serving utensils 😳

A hot breakfast with waffles, who would turn that down? Not us ! Very good, nice selection. The rooms were a good size, very clean and the beds very comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff was very friendly.

I didn't like being treated like a criminal and having pending charges against my room for "incidentals". I asked for a room away from elevators and stairways and was given a room next to the elevators. The door to the room was extremely hard to open because of the door closer. Door slam unless controlled. Breakfast was a waste of money. A reduction in room cost would be preferred.

The size of the swimming pool too small for the number guess you have in the hotel only two umbrellas available rest of the area was completely in the sunshine too hot for the most part of the day that was kind of a unpleasant experience but I’m sure you have limits but we would like the nicer shadier place to hang around the pool

Hotel is very nice, clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, with many choices

Getting out of the parking lot, onto the main highway can be extremely precarious as you're at the bottom of a hill, with fast moving traffic coming from both directions

clean rooms. comfortable beds. breakfast food served freshly prepared and tasty. desk and dining staff quite nice. ample parking.

prices were a bit steep. no daily refreshing of room unless asked.

Location was great, did not eat breakfast there, we tend to leave early, travel & then take a break for breakfast.

There was an issue with the charge card made on your end but resolved quickly!

Breakfast was well managed and the serving area was kept clean.

This was a new building, and an oversite in construction can be found in the bathroom of 216. There was no caulking adjoining the tub and floor.
