China was so very understanding and apologetic I know it was bothering her and I'm so impressed with how knowledgeable she was with service animal rules and guidelines..she went out of her way to comfort me

Bath tub was stopped up and no breakfast And the service animal rights!! someone needs to get educated on the rights by law the animals have..

It was quiet and clean!

As soon as we arrived and went to check in the woman at the front desk said to us that they don't usually allow people who live in a 50 mile radius of the Hotel to rent a room because of the drug problem. She said she would go ahead and give us a room since we didn't know. She said that our town was within that 50 mile radius. I kind of felt offended by it. My husband and I rented a room to spend some quality time together and to be near White River to fish. Like how are you still open and operating? I understand you don't want tweakers at your Hotel but people like my husband and I can't even get a room. That's crazy, just crazy.

That my dogs were allowed with only a 11.50 each non refundable .they are really nice I lost everything in a fire last night I have no family don't know what I'm going to do but they have made these couple days manageable.

There's nothing I didn't like

The Mgr Allison was very nice n pleasant. Gave us a nice room on the first floor. My husband is disabled n walks with a cane. Great service Allison.

The room was quiet and there was adequate parking. The shower was very good.

There is an electronic outside lock for the west-end door that has been missing for at least 3 years (we have stayed here before). Our bathroom sink faucet leaked. We found 1 very large spider and killed it.

It was convenient for me. The staff was friendly and they had great coffe.

It says free breakfast, a blueberry muffin. That's okay, it was explained as complementary, not continental.

Somewhat limited. No cereal or fruit. Coffee good. It was more than some budget motels. Had packaged precooked eggs and okay breakfast burrito.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was extremely good.

Checking In Was Easy. Checking Out Was Easy. Rooms Were Affordable. All Was Well.

Clean good location all appliances & furnishings were in working order. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Front desk personnel was not very helpful or friendly. The side door would not open with the key. Breakfast consisted of a small packaged muffin , coffee and juice!
