Very clean accommodations, coffee service available 24 hours in the lobby. Staff super friendly!

room was a bit small for handicap accessible, barely fit my power chair and had to go all the way in to the a/c unit to turn it around. Not that hotel can help it but the doors are very heavy for a handicap person. Also if in a wheelchair, please don't tell them you can access with your key card any side door because those accesses are not wheelchair accessible. I went out a side door an almost flipped my chair. There are no wheelchair slopes just a sudden drop off. Chose hotel because of the hot tub facilities. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service :/

The hotel was located in a great location. Our suite was very nice and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets in the room.

The staff was short-handed. There was only one lady at the front counter and the lobby was filled with people. I don't blame the hotel, I am aware that there is a shortage of workers. The room I stayed in which was #118 needs just a little extra tidying. The ceiling fan is very dirty and there was coffee splattered on the wall near the coffee pot. Other than that it was a minor issue and it didn't keep me from enjoying my stay. I would return to this hotel again.

The breakfast was good for hotel food. Really enjoyed the make your own waffles and juice machine. Biscuits and gravy were a plus as well. The daily cookies offered in the lobby were also amazing.

Was not a fan of the chicken strips for breakfast. Pillows on the bed were awful.

Huge clean rooms with a sitting area & couch lets out into a bed & hot full breakfast ! I also loved that even though I was only there a day ; being that I like to shower when I check in ; the room was fully stocked with plenty towels for 2 ppl so I didn’t have to request any .

Decor was a little dated but extremely clean & AC wasn’t working correctly but the owner accommodated us & moved us to another room .

Considering the limitations of pandemic, the breakfast was more than adequate. The coffee was great! We really enjoyed the breakfast options. We had bought some frozen breakfast bowls that we heated and then added hotel breakfast foods and it was perfect!

The bathroom's one shelf is holding the towels, so another shelf or two would be very helpful. Or even some extra hooks. Not a big deal, but does require a juggling act to have what you need handy.

Beds were comfortable, great water pressure in shower.

The ice machine on my floor was broken. The vending machines only accept $1 and coins. Pool was out of order.

Everything was good. checking in was a total disaster, due to not enough staff it became, a long wait to check in. Over an hour. after driving 9 hr. we were ready to lay down.

The staff was friendly and welcoming when I got here at 4:00 in the morning they had my room ready to go she knew my name checked in and went right to my room how nice

I didn't get to have breakfast because I got in too late and had to sleep but I'm sure it was wonderful

The staff is the best . Nicest people anywhere .

Dirty carpets ! Low battery remote control for tv was very aggravating.

Everything!! For starters they had free breakfast clean comfortable rooms at a good price. Indoor pool and gym were nice too.

Guest in the room next to me were loud drunk and obnoxious late into the night and it kept waking my kids up. Other than that my stay was amazing I will return again if I visit el dorado again.
