was suppose to be handicap room. there are no handrails to help you get up and down on toilet

My room was very nice with plenty of room. The bed was super comfortable. the workout room was great as well. most of the front lobby staff are super friendly (especially the girl who checked me in on Wednesday!)

I had personal items that went missing, a Victoria’s Secret bra. the manager and head of house keeping was to call me, but never did. the manager did seem helpful about it, but the head of house keeping was not . she was more like “whatever, I’ll see.”.

Ease of check in, small property. Found the pillows on the king size bed hysterical!

The “king size suite”. Was not king sized. The room had enough room for the bed and that’s about it. - Not a big deal. We were there to crash for the night while passing thru- but if I were booking for any length of time I wouldn’t have been pleased.

Convenient location. Breakfast buffet and the attendant.

Reception clerk wasn't very friendly when we arrived. However, when we had an issue with a noisy room next door and requested to move he was nicer and apologized that there was a large family in a couple of rooms by ours.

The breakfast was great, well prepared and lots of options. The rooms looked and smelled clean (important because of allergies). Staff was accommodating, getting extra towels and toiletries as needed. Convenient location.

Screws on toilet seat were loose.

We booked last minute due to power outage. The price was great compared to others. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and very clean. Very good breakfast. Highly recommend to anyone interested.

We went down for breakfast at 830am and there was a large group of young men (Rugby players) who were eating breakfast. So there were no eggs or meat left. However, the gravy biscuit and Waffle were very tasty!

The room was clean and enjoy the breakfast and the serves was nice and clean the room very nice. They was very polite and an wonderful job. Thank you.

I got there and the lady check me in told me my room was $296.58 and when I ask for receipt she told me it would be the next day before I can get my receipt, I replied, "no maam you told me I got to take my price up with booking.com you all have nothing to do with it, I need an receipt today." but when I booked the room it was 198.52 but she charge me $200.26. and told me it just a few cents! Do you want your key or not! She said it with an attitude... Everything else was good, except the room suppose to be an suite but it wasn't. Oh yeah wouldn't let us use the pool when it has been clean for use, the (one that check us in) receptionist said it wasn't open for use.

Breakfast was good and had plenty of variety. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. It was easy to get to and the pool seemed clean and well maintained.

The power had went out one morning while there, therefore the breakfast was cold. The microwave in the breakfast area didn't work to heat it up. Also, the closet door in my room was coming off of the wall, the screws were loose and it was a mirrored door....very unsafe if there had been a young child messing with it.

The Complete Breakfast Every Morning Was Great, Friendly Staff, Clean Facility, Room Was Perfect, Location Excellent. Would Stay Again For Sure!!!

Everything was amazing from the staff to the clean, comfy rooms. We had a blast at the pool and ate an excellent breakfast. We've been here a few times already last year for the pool and we will go again more this year as well.

Outdoor towels but no biggie.
