rooms were big and clean, love the fact that the shower, sink and toilet were all in the same separate room. breakfast was good, not often i get a good/warm breakfast in my travels. easy access to the main highway and restaurants. about the only complaint i really have is that the staff could have been a bit more friendly, not on their cell phones.

our room was on the 3rd floor and at the furthest end from the elevator but near the stairs. my husband has bad knees so it wasn't real convenient for him. but i take partial responsibility for this as i failed to request a room on street level.

The breakfast was nice. The pool was great. The place was clean. The best thing overall was the staff. The people were incredibly kind, helpful, and never anxious or hurried. I felt very much at ease.

The fitness center was a little bit limited. The soda machine took some of my money. The rear door was finicky so you really had to get the hang of how to scan in to get back in the building

it was nice and quiet. Only problem was someone somewhere was smoking in the evenings and it was suppose to be a smoke free hotel

the first morning there was guy that blurted out this is all the breakfast there is. When it’s gone there isn’t anymore cause the cook did not show up. This morning the breakfast was made but the eggs were dry and hard. waffles were good

Location, rooms were perfect.... beds are always so comfortable throughout the country at Comfort Suites

House keeping did NOT check rooms before ready for renting out. We were sent to an unmade room. Relocated immediately . Thanks to the attentive front desk staff. Breakfast we do NOT like the ham and pancake style scrambled eggs. There was NO oatmeal.

My room was clearly a room for someone who needed help in the shower etc. The microwave only heated itself and not the food the couch sofa when I pulled it out, clearly had not been cleaned under it or the sheets because it had trash and rat droppings on it. Definitely not a bad place just need to be more attentive to cleaning and booking people accordingly.

I enjoyed the spacious lobby, the great breakfast selection, and the kind staff though I only interacted with the front desk. The room could have been cleaner upon my arrival but I won’t fault the rest of the staff for the poor housekeeping.

The room should have been more thoroughly cleaned.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, staff very accommodating, and handy parking. I especially liked the to go snack bag.

Small repairs needed in bathroom. Sink stopper not working, and toilet constantly running. These problems did not interfere with my comfort. The breakfast was not good, however was able to find plenty of options in restaurants closeby.

The room was comfortable and I felt safe

Except for my last day. The staff wasn't very friendly. The lady at the breakfast area seemed like she hated her job. She would serve breakfast but I felt almost like I shouldn't bother her. It made me want to stay somewhere else.

The room was mostly clean and the beds were comfortable.

The price of the room was a tad more costly than the value. The pool should be open longer on the weekends so more guests can enjoy it. Also the fitness room had broken equipment and standing water on the floor.

The manager of the facility (the guy with glasses, slender body type, and about 5"9) was simply wonderful. He made accommodations to freeze an item that required freezing. Very nice.

Some of the staff managing the desk did not appear to like their jobs. Did not smile and rarely got out of their seat to wait on me. Did not clean our room each day-we spent three nights and four days with you.
