Delta Hotels by Marriott Little Rock West

The breakfast buffet(extra charge) was delicious and I like the fact that there was a bar, in the hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, were pleasant.

The only microwave was in the lobby by the front desk, not in the pantry on the floor or in the rooms. For the price of the stay, you would think something as simple as a microwave would be included in the room or the pantry, on the floor. Also the bar closes at 10pm even on the weekends. Other hotels for equal price, with bars, in the city, close at 12pm on the weekend.

When we first arrived - Guest Services was very professional, up beat and welcoming. Our room was clean, bed soft but we did have an issue with the internet connection. Darrin came up and attempted to troubleshoot the problem. He also gave us another room nearby and unfortunately it had the same issue. Darrin checked several rooms, then found us a room on another floor as it appears the network issue was impacting multiple rooms. I appreciated his willingness to help and friendly service. Thank you Darrin. The shower is always the highlight of any hotel we visit and the shower here did not disappoint.

If I must to pick something - I would say the bathroom was smaller than I expected but it still had everything one would need in a standard bathroom.

The customer service at the front desk (I think he was a manager) was exceptional! He was so friendly and informative!!

The bathroom could have used a better clean. There was hair all in the shower and weird spot all over the shower walls that needed to be cleaned! Nothing I couldn’t deal with myself!! I know they are super busy and things get overlooked!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The staff at the front desk are awesome and super friendly. The lobby/bar/breakfast area is stunning and the room was beautiful and clean. We didn't order room service but I think it's neat that they have such a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. The price for all this was insanely low as well!

The hotel was amazing. Very clean and very beautiful. The lady at checkout was so sweet and so funny. Definitely needs a raise lol

There was no towels at the pool and the pool could be cleaned more often since its an indoor outdoor pool. Other than the pool the hotel itself was great!

Breakfast buffet on first day. Reserved a King size room and was given a two queens room.

No breakfast buffet on last day. Ice machine on our floor was not working.

Love that there is a restaurant and a swimming pool. Good sized bed and room. Very comfortable. Love the interior decorating.

Toilet got stopped up. Had to go to walmart to buy a plunger.

The staff was absolutely amazing. We felt so welcomed. Everyone was super friendly. The room was nice and clean and was only 15 min from downtown. If we ever go back to Little Rock we will be staying there again 100%

I think the security could be a little better by making sure people who staying at the hotel are not smoking marijuana on the property

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve found in some time. The renovations to this property were crisp and clean.

There was a slight hum of traffic outside, but not terrible.
