I loved everything

The pool was our favorite part. Our kids loved it. They had a large jenga game set out and it was the highlight of our stay. Everyone on the staff was super kind and helpful. While we didn’t eat at the restaurant on site, we did grab drinks at the bar to take to the pool. The rooms were very clean and the lobby was beautiful. Free parking was a major plus. We stayed at 5 hotels this trip and this was the most affordable and one of the nicest. We will definitely stay again if we come back through Little Rock.

Honestly everything was great. The only advice I’d have is to check to make sure the fire pit by the pool is working. It didn’t seem to be working while we were there. But not a big deal!

Table 28 is fantastic! The Chef, the wait and host staff, the food ( the burger, vegan risotto, bourbon ice cream) literally EVERY.SINGLE.THING. ROCKS!!! ALL top notch!!!! My favorite place to eat in Arkansas! The hotel was awesome and made us feel so special. Nisha, and Schwana(spelling is uncertain as she kept forgetting to put her name tag on) went above and beyond to really make our 12th anniversary special. The room was very well appointed and comfortable, as well as really CLEAN (thank you Maya)! The restaurant and hotel managers were professional and attentive. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again! Book through the hotel not 3rd parties though!

If I have to complain about anything...the toilets are noisy when they flush, and lighting near in room coffee bar was not enough,, but that is being petty lol. Seriously, this hotel is fantastic! Location is at first odd plopped in the middle of a suburb shopping area but it turns out to be perfect! Quaint, not the assembly line hotel feel when surrounded by other hotels and close to other things to do.

The staff was very friendly. We loved how the bedroom was decorated. The room had two televisions which is great when people want to watch different things. The breakfast (although you have to pay for it) was delicious.

Honestly everything was pretty great. If I had to find something that was negative it would be that there is only one elevator and it is a bit small and slow. But there is only three floors so you don’t have to wait long for it to return.

no bellman, had to wrangle the cart to and from my room limited food options parking lot was way too small for amount of rooms

There was two of us that had breakfast on 3 mornings. The first day was excellent. The attitude of all of the hotel staff was very professional and accommodating; made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel and grounds could not have been any cleaner; this was exceptional. The furnishing of the hotel and our room were very well done in an artistic way and everything was in excellent condition. Nothing seen that needed to be updated or repaired. The neighborhood was upscale and always felt safe in our environment. We would definitely stay here again.

My sausage and eggs on two mornings were really overdone, not so much that I sent them back, The thermostat in our room was a bit erratic for maintaining a consistent temperature but not enough to complain. Our mattress needed to be replaced. I am a very picky person and I can't think of anything else to complain about.

The front desk staff was amazing. Put me at ease and helped me coordinate my friends room next to mine.

Parking in the evening was scare. I had to Park at the curb.

Excellent location for our purpose. Many restaurants nearby. Super friendly staff

The bathroom could use a hook or two. No where to hang anything besides the closet.

The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was also very quiet and the bed was so comfortable. There were several nearby restaurants and fast food options, as well as an in-house restaurant.

No complaints!
