The hotel is unique and so much fun. Sitting on the balcony overlooking open fields is so relaxing. There is so much to do for kids of all ages (adults too if you want to join in), from a playground to tetherball, beach volleyball, and peddle car races, foam party and jumping mat, plus so much more. You can end the night roasting marshmallows and making amores in a teepee! The hotel is close to the crater, which is a plus. We definitely recommend staying here for a unique experience and one your kids will talk about after you leave!

The themed rooms were awesome. The children in our group thoroughly enjoyed the activities offered to them. Rooms were roomy, clean and functional. The teepee was a big hit.
We expected hand soap in the bathrooms and only brought one bath bar of soap (that was divided between the three rooms). The undertakers beds were too tall for ease of entering/leaving the bed. A suggestion, to stay within the theme of the undertakers beds, is to have a kneeling bench/platform secured on the side of each bed that can be used as a step to help getting in and out of bed.

It's an awesome place to take kids, so much to do! The store offers lots of interesting finds!
In my communication with Misty I was assured I had a full kitchen in my cabin and when we got there it was just a microwave and tiny refrigerator- I was offered to move the next day for more money but not convenient for us so we made it work. Also the cabin was for 5 people and only 2 chairs. We were rained in all afternoon and had brought games to play but no where for everyone to sit. They should make extra chairs available.

I loved the activities offered. The quietness and everything available for use outside of the cabin. The manager was awesome! The room was clean! Our stay couldn't have been any better! We will be back!
I would have liked a Breakfast offered, being a few miles out of town and not wanting to rush out anywhere. Our first morning there, by the time we made it to town breakfast was no longer being served at the few restaurants that were open in the morning. Everything else was perfect!

Loved the whole atmosphere. Our room was super spacious and super clean. The lady at the front in the general store was super helpful. It's a really neat place and location was great also. They lit the fire in the teepee every night,the kids enjoyed Smores in there. Lots of stuff for the kids to run and do there.
Theres no early check in. We were 30 mins early after traveling 6 hours. We had to go find something to do in town for 30 mins. Not a big deal,just be aware of this.

My kids loved it so much they ask if we can return every weekend. My husband and I really enjoyed the comfort and amenities that were available for our kids as well. The cabin was clean and comfortable and we loved the peace and quiet of the grounds. The views from the balcony were amazing and the fact that we spotted deer in the distance was a nice surprise.

The pictures on the page do not do it justice. I was a little nervous when I booked. However, when we got there it was beautiful. We stayed in the Undertaker, the lighting was bright however remember it is the Undertaker. It was clean, and comfortable. You have to go.

It looked like an Old West town! So wonderfully themed! They also had lots to do on property. They had archery, pedal cars, big inflatable air bag for jumping, tether ball, and a big swing set with slides. My daughter and I had so much fun! The people who run the place are very nice and easy going. Loved staying here!

there weren’t many to choose from in this area so I chose the best I could find and hoped for the best. this place was amazing. I’d drive the 4 hours just to come here with the family, it was a destination in itself

There were several activities for the kids to do. The bounce pad, playground, archery, the bubble mountain each night at 6 for the kids to play in was a big hit. Also, the teepee and s’mores were a bonus treat!! The old west theme was also great!!
