I love that the sheets were clean , the staff were extremely helpful and amazing. I have no complain towards the staff working , my only issue issue is the bathroom is smelled like cigarettes and the place was dirty there was the previous people things under the bed, we have two kids and we made sure they didn’t wonder around. The sheets were clean and super comfortable. The only reason I’m giving this place a good review is just because the bed was good.

We did not enjoy the cleanliness of the bathroom and room that we stayed. It smelled like cigarettes and bathroom was dirty.

What wasn’t there to like? It was absolutely perfect! The front desk lady was exceptional, so friendly and very informative. The gentleman who checked us out had the biggest smile, so pleasant. The facilities were very clean and orderly. The lobby was big and open, including a seating area and Starbucks. As we walked into our room, you could smell the clean aroma. (I love the smell of bleach in the bathroom) Beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean as a whistle. I noticed the bathroom had all Kohler brands, quality. It was a nice treat to have body wash, shampoo, & conditioner already in the shower, mounted with easy pump access. I can’t say enough how pleased we are about our stay with you. We didn’t experience any of the amenities or the breakfast since our stay was quick. The location of the hotel was right off the interstate. Coming and going were quick and simple. Next time we travel to Northwest Arkansas in the future, we’ll definitely be staying here.

We have no complaints.

The room was modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The oversized couch/chair/lounge in the room was also very comfortable. I liked that the tv was mounted but extended off the wall and tilted to be viewed from the bed or the lounge. The shower was huge and the water hot 👍👍

The refrigerator in the room had a timer on it that would only run for 2 hours before shutting off automatically and needing to be restarted. So if you put food or beverages in at night they aren’t as cold as they should be in the morning.

Good food and drinks on location....a real plus when traveling and you don't want to go out again. Rooms comfortable, quiet and roomy. Very nice accommodations! We stay here often and always make it our stop.

Dirt from workmen who stay here and don't take off their shoes when entering hotel. Dirty floors in hallways and elevators. Food menu not totally back up to scale after being downsized from covid.

The shower in the King room was nice and the shampoo smelled AMAZING! The bed wrapped around me and I slept like a baby which is a treat since I don't sleep well.

The big thick toenail on the carpet. Not sure how the maid missed that joker.

We like the sleek modern minimalist design of the room. We also like the room's layout and the bed's comfort. Plenty of public seating places in the lobby and restaurant area. Overall it was a great stay.

Breakfast was not included in the room price. We wish that breakfast could have been included.

The property was very clean! Our room had the highway view, so it was beautiful to look at all the lights in the distance, and the sunrise that morning. staff was amazing!

I have no complaints. Just a suggestion, more workout equipment.

Very clean and well designed. Both front desk staff were wonderful, accommodating and friendly.

One of the housekeepers made a snarky / sarcastic comment about me "caring about trees" when I asked for a paper receipt, as I was leaving. She happened to be standing near the front desk as I was checking out. I didn't respond to her, but thought it was very inappropriate.

great location…very clean….staff was nice and helpful….and their was a Starbucks located in the Lobby!!!

Bed wasn’t comfortable to me…only cleaned rooms every other day, so we had to go to front desk for more towels and such !

The staff was very friendly. The rooms and the hotel were very clean. Starbucks in the lobby was open 24/7 ❤️ This hotel was the best out of the 3 so far this trip. I would highly recommend staying here.
