Quality Inn Russellville I-40

I really like the rooms for the most part at this Quality Inn. I particularly like the rooms on the ground floor at the back. You can park right next to your room - which is a plus for me. I like keeping an eye on my car as well as loading and unloading are easier. The woman who checked me in was very nice and helped me out when I needed a pencil sharpener. She was very kind.

The toilet seat was a bit beat-up - it needs replacing ASAP.

We like that location is near I40 and restaurants for our travel needs. Lobby was nicely decorated for St Paddy's Day. Room 201 was good size, clean/non-smoking. Hotel staff was pleasant and friendly, with smooth check-in and checkout. Breakfast was good and enough for our liking. A nice place to park for weary travelers.

Everything was very nice except the bed. Loved the check in staff she was wonderful, friendly and very helpful.

The bed was way too soft for me to sleep comfortably. The night staff's knowledge of the English language was very limited and made communication difficult at best.

There was a sense of security in the room The property manager was a great big help The bathroom was clean, the facet on the bath tub was dated and diffecult to control the temp. Not enough towels

It was reasonably priced. Pet friendly. Staff were super nice and helpful in a very stressful situation. It was clean and updated. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The location was perfect for easy access to the interstate. They offered breakfast.

The staff always goes out of their way to be accommodating. Beds are comfortable, and breakfast is decent with some better choices. Not a luxury hotel, but definitely great for the price.

Easy on and off the high way but tucked back far enough I felt safe with all my stuff in my car for a cross country move. Super friendly staff at check in. Towels were stiff but clean.

Room smelled a little damp and the floors could have been cleaner.

The location was exceptional. Right near all the shopping I needed for my stay. The desk clerk was very knowledgeable about the surrounding shops to meet my needs.

Although short staffed, the service was great. The breakfast made starting my day easier. The housekeeping staff was very helpful during rain she provided extra towels to keep me from slipping on we floors.

Rooms are big, clean and very comfortable.

They said limited housekeeping and there was none completed. Booked 2 rooms and requested they be together. They were on opposite sides of the building. One was even number other was odd number. The numbers were sequencential, ended up opposite sides of building..

Location. Value.

Bass boats took up the best parking-couldn’t park anywhere close to the room. Bathroom floor was not very clean. Eggs were cold at breakfast.
