Hotel Indigo Anaheim, an IHG Hotel

The location was great, quick walk to the parks, Starbucks next door, very comfortable bed and pillows, large room.

Could hear the room next door and people walking through the hallway. We arrived early, and the person at the front desk was really rude it kind of threw me off as other hotels will check you in early or automatically get your parking spot for you. He just said “check in is at 3:00” and stared at me saying nothing else. Any other staff we talked to the rest of the visit were super nice and helpful, maybe he was just having a bad day?

The room was quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They were better than the ones at the Marriott where we had been for a work convention earlier that week. I liked the boutique feel of the property. The remodeling was lovely and the complementary products in the room were very nice. They smelled so good. Loved the location which made it easy to walk to Disneyland, Downtown Disney, close by restaurants and best of all, quick and easy Uber/Lyft pick up and drop off.

The upstairs guests were loud and their conversations came through the ceiling. Not sure what can be done to help with this but that was the main complaint.

the location & the breakfast. since i paid for breakfast included with the stay i got vouchers for their small restaurant. There were a lot of choices & the food was good. it was a 15 minute walk to Disneyland & really near to Anaheim Garden Walk. there was a Keurig instead of the coffee maker. the full size hand wash, lotion, body wash, shampoo & conditioner & also the handheld shower. HBO & Cinemax movie channels. i also like the wood floors. free parking!

no microwave in the room. on the right side of the bed frame there's an electric plug where i can charge my cellphone but it wasn't working. i wish that the waiters in the restaurant will not suggest or recommend to tip because no matter what i would tip anyways. no bar at night. you can order drinks in the morning but once the breakfast place is close that's it.

Comfy beds and clean rooms. Parking was also free. Good location to Disneyland parks. I wish we would have got breakfast but was in a hurry. Price looked reasonable for burrito or English muffin sandwich which would have been great to grab and go on the way to the parks. Also there are several restaurants and a Walgreens right by the hotel.

Walk to Disneyland in the morning was a 10 minute walk which was great. But at park closing Disneyland makes the park exit through downtown Disney which made our return walk back to the hotel considerably more and at the end of a busy park day you definitely don't want a 25-30 minute walk back to the hotel at midnight so a shuttle would be nice. First time there so if we would have known we would have probably ubered back to hotel.

Room was a good size, was clean and updated. I liked that the bed was comfortable and room included all standard amenities. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location is excellent- just minutes from the Gardenwalk and a 10-minute walk to the Disneyland Resort and Convention Center. Parking is free, which was very much appreciated and was a draw to the hotel. We enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel and loved that there were budget-friendly options on the menu. Overall we had a very good stay!

If being super picky, there could have been a bit larger of a table in our room. That being said, it's not a priority.

This hotel is located about 15 minutes walk away from Disneyland. We had ample space for our party of 6, utilizing the pull out sofa within the room. The pool was small, but clean and empty when we arrived that first afternoon. I imagine because people are there for the parks. Staff was super friendly. Parking was an additional fee, but located underground. On the day we checked out, we had planned a full day at the parks. The hotel allows you to leave your baggage with them and pay a small fee to remain parked at their hotel past checkout. It was a perfect solution to people who are waking up prior to checkout to hit the parks, but not returning until after checkout later that day.

No complaints. The staff was kind. The place was clean and updated. The hotel is located on the main drag when visiting the area.

We have stayed in many hotels these last three years, traveling g to visit our growing family, for work and while on vacations. This is the cleanest hotel we have been in in years!!! The staff were so friendly and helpful! It was more of a walk than I thought it would be, but we will stay here again anyway simply due to the cleanliness and staff!

I guess the pool area could be a bit more accessible from the guest rooms.

Loved the free parking and the fact that security was walking around at night. It felt very safe. Nice to be close to Walgreens and have food choices all around us.

The front desk supervisor Erica went way out of her way to make us extremely comfortable. Pool and Hot Tub were great to relax in. Rooms were very spacious, beds are very comfortable and the walk in shower is very nice for those who do not want to climb in a tub. Location proximity to Disneyland and city bus service are nearby. All staff was very nice and courteous always with a hello and a smile

Nothing wrong with this facility

Amazing customer service right from the start! I talked with customer service before even booking and they were great. Check in was quick and the lady was very nice! Had a little issue with parking my large SUV (got there early and only compact spots were available) but they jumped right up and got us a spot without us even asking. The restaurant was delicious with very reasonable prices and large portions. The staff there was amazing too! Rooms were clean and beds were very comfy! Bathroom was very large and shower had great water pressure. Super quick walk to Disney and restaurants. Parking is in a gated underground garage which was well lit at night and felt secure. They had a nice pool area too but we didn't use it! We do Disney quite often and I was eyeing this hotel on our last visit. I'm glad we tried it out and will 100% stay here again!

Honestly not much...the only thing I had a concern with was that the floor of the shower was very slippery...like dangerously slippery...but I mentioned this on check out and they said they would definitely address it!
