Charm Motel & Suites

I was arriving late and the staff accommodated me. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was very clean.

It was great having the coffee maker in the room, but I'm not very tall and it was higher up than I could comfortably reach to see what I was doing

This is Burney. The location is on 299E which is Main St. It is quiet. The room was very clean. The shower in our room was large with amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water. The A/C did a great job although it was too loud.

For the price the room was tiny. Not even a proper closet. A/C is loud perhaps refecting it's age. The bathroom does not have heat which is a problem when the overnight lows are in the upper 30s and low 40s. They do not offer a sack continental breakfast like other motels are doing in response to pandemic. Lastly, the pillows and bed are hard.

The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room was very clean and we liked having a fridge, microwave, and plenty of ice!

For comfort I requested one additional pillow. The housekeeper said she didn't have any extras. My partner and I are both seniors and could have used an extra one. We were close to the highway. The morning noise was loud and the workers who are there for renovation weren't quiet in the morning. Next time I will request a room in the back.

Nicely renovated Motel, facilities all complete, Clean and comfortable room. Top room for 1 person.

Room is a little small for 2 persons, narrow queensize bed and only 1 chair air condition of the neighbour room was loud.

Everything! It was wonderful! Even the shampoo smelt great! I felt so comfortable and the room was emaculant. I loved that you had drinks in the office. The vending machine was a relief as well. We will share our wonderful experience will all our friends.

The running fridge all night is the only thing we could nick-pick. And that's reaching a bit. This little gem is definitely named properly. Charm hotel was so charming! We are already planning to come back.

it was nicely remodeled and clean and bigger than expected.

the bed was not the most comfortable. the water in the town at the time was contaminated. all restaurants were closed.

It was a good clean place for a PCT hiker that need a Nero!

Nothing with the hotel, the restaurants were closed because of an outbreak of ecoli but we figured it out, thank goodness for Safeway!

Room Location was good and close to eating and local attractions. Dog Friendly!

AC/swamp cooler was not in good condition and should be replaced. Bed/ pillows were not super comfortable, but it was only for a few days.

quite area but the booking.com needs to update with correct address. my group drove 2hrs past the motel due to the app not having the correct address.

some of the furniture ( couch, recliners and dinner table) looked pretty dirty and old

Convenient location, great restaurant across the street. Mattress was pretty firm.

Dead bug in bathroom. Dinged up woodwork trim. Heater wouldn’t turn off. Bad screen on front window. Receptionist was not very friendly and gave us incorrect info about restaurants. Picture in ad didn’t look like my room.
