Love Claremont. Two nt/three day stay. Great location! Friendly front desk staff. Not perfect but I absolutely will stay there again...and will book it again for Spring trip. Pretty lobby Christmas tree and decorations!🎄🦌🎅

Room/housekeeping service... replenishment of towels in particular took over an hour wait time. Maybe there is a staff shortage. Like most hotels they do not clean daily.

This hotel was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the courtyard, pool area and restaurant. We were travelling in a multi generational family group and this hotel really suited us, I am glad we picked it. The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and kind during our breakfasts at the restaurant. We enjoyed the pool very much. The hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained.

I picked this hotel because there were no other hotels in the area where I would feel safe. Also I don't drive so no car or family to call on for easy transport. I loved the staff and the hotel. Especially my room. Private, spacious, clean and the selection of 4 pillows will be a lasting impression of this hotel. Along with Tracy? front desk manager? and all the front desk personnel. They were great. The hotel with great pillows and cookies! That I will always remember.

This hotel was out of my price range, and I had to get help to pay for a third night.

I stayed there the night before my wedding and on my wedding night. The day of the wedding we had makeup artists, hair stylists and photographers. The hotel was very accommodating and allowed them to come into my room with no issue. The night before my wedding I relaxed in the spa. The staff took care of me and my husband. It was one less stress.

Room good size...spacious, comfortable and clean. Nice views out to garden, balcony... greenery... Breakfast buffet was good quality and plentiful!!

Not more expensive than other comparable hotels, but nonetheless... hotels are pricey in USA/California!! Sound travels... easily hear noise from hallway, and unfortunately person above us who woke up and showered at 5am...ugh.

Clean and quiet. Convenient to the Claremont Colleges and to Claremont Village.

It seems like in this day and age, Doubletree could offer free wi-fi to ALL customers and not just to Hilton Members. The room is very expensive, and seems silly that wi-fi is an extra 10.95 a day.

Breakfast was excellent as an included feature of the room reservation. Easy walk to breakfast dining room. pretty surroundings and a nice pool area. Beds were comfortable and King was large. staff were friendly and efficient. Close enough to little downtown area. Claremont is a quaint and interesting town. Great for touring the Claremont Colleges( Harvey Mudd ,Pitzer etc)

There was some confusion about the fact that we booked two rooms through booking.com. They did not seem to be linked but were booked under the same account. The reception did sort out the slight delay.

It has a relaxed setting. Beautiful. Very spa like resort.

Initial key cards didn’t work but it was taken care of immediately. Pool opens at 6am. We were there at 7am, but there were no towels in the pool area. Had to call front desk to bring us towels.

Food Excellent except pancakes got dried out at buffet Best carrot cake muffin and sausage delicious. Evern eggs weren’t bad- potatoes great. Service top class. Wait staff excellent- rarely give 20% tip but did this time.

Didn’t like the pillow cases. Not soft or fresh enough. Couldn’t put on finger on it - off some how.

pleasantly set up. (We couldn’t really enjoy it because it poured with rain for our entire stay!) Clean room and comfortable beds with very good pillows. Very convenient for the Claremont colleges and Claremont Village.

Room a bit small. Only double beds, no queens.
