Doubletree By Hilton Pomona

The first room looked out on the freeway so I asked if we could have a room with a view and the person on the desk very kindly offered us another room with a better view. Also another desk clerk printed something out for me that I needed and was unable to print myself.

Windows were dirty, but that is understandable since it recently rained. The interior was spotless. There was a hole in the wall where the phone plugs in. No TV guide. Pool not heated.

This hotel was amazing! Rooms were big and comfy! The staff was friendly, The gym was well equipped, they had a small store for some essentials in the lobby. it is a tad bit on the higher price of the hotels in the area but definitely worth it

it’s not a huge deal but I wish they had a heated pool. I love being in the water every hotel I stay in needs to have a pool so on check in day I jumped in at 6pm and never have I felt such cold freezing water lol I jumped in and immediately got out because of how ice cold the water was so I got in the hot tub instead. the next day with 90 degree weather I attempted to get in again but the water was still so beyond cold that my body that I just put my legs in for a bit and ending up getting the the extremely hot tub in hot weather because the pool was way to ice cold.

The room was large enough for me and my family to move around in comfortably. I also Loved how nice and friendly the staff was. From the young lady who checked me on 07/13 to the young man who checked me out on 7/15 ( and then re,-checked me back into the hotel). I even had a very good interaction with one of your staff members in the elevator. I'm just impressed with their friendliness, professionalism. Would stay at this Doubletree location again. Would recommend this Doubletree to my extended family and friends. I really enjoyed my stay.

There was NOTHING I DID NOT LIKE.

The friendly & helpful Staff. The size of the room and its layout was great. I loved the shower. Smooth check-in & out. Amenities were great. I liked having the fridge and the microwave. I liked the sitting area.

The microwave wasn't completely clean, glad I brought my own cleaners. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I hope it would be, both my husband I ended up with slight backaches. Not sure if the restaurant is a part of Doubletree, but I called several times after opening hours, there was no answer; we didn't plan to have to go out for food, which we ended up having to go out. One of the maids was not properly masked, I asked to pull her mask over her nose, perhaps reminders to wear their mask over mouth & nose-made me think of room not being cleaned during the pandemic in a proper manner.

Friendly front desk lady . She was very friendly and also gave us water & cookies as a welcome.

The breakfast area was clean and spacious but didn’t like the breakfast , unfortunately. Stale croissant & stale muffins .

Decently priced, good location since we booked it for proximity to a graduation. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Nice front desk staff!

Noisy upstairs neighbor throughout the entire stay there. At first the front desk person did not seem as friendly to us, but afterwards of staying there they were more friendly. Could have been we checked in late and they were tired. There was a hole in the ceiling leaking water in hallway that smelled bad.

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly we we're also greeted with those fresh warm cookies. I will be referring your Hotel to anyone that is looking forward staying near or in the area. Great choice to stay.

The customer service was wonderful. The location was perfect for my trip. The room was clean and comfortable.

The restaurant was too expensive. The breakfast buffet was very small without many choices.

staff is always friendly

we stay here almost every 6 weeks and the front elevator is always out. So you have to go to the front and check in than go to where the restaurant is at the other end of the hotel to use that elevator to only walk all the way back across the hotel to get to our room… it was a constant back and forth…

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the spaciousness room, there is a sitting area with a coach and chair which was nice when I had guests.The whole room was comfortable. The cookies are delicious and a great touch.

The refrigerator is really small and doesn't get that cold. The wifi dropped alot causing issues with zoom meetings.
