Holiday Inn Express Lodi, an IHG Hotel

The location next to the 99 freeway is great. It had a good breakfast including biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereal coffee. the only fruit was an orange. The room was large with two queen beds and a sofa bed.

It’s being renovated and currently had exposed beams and construction looking stuff in the lobby. The pool was out of commission and not sure if our room had been renovated yet but the wallpaper was bubbling and the door jams were twisted in areas of the room. $200 a night was pretty steep!

The breakfast was good with choices of hot food, yogurt, and fruit. The room was large and comfortable (2 queen beds and a sofa). The staff members were friendly. The hotel looked like it was recently built — super clean with new furniture.

The doors “slam” when closed and the noise from other doors “slamming” is slightly annoying especially in the morning when guests are leaving early. I thought the nightly price was expensive considering the city/town is in the middle of a rural area.

Room was highly spacious! Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Great customer service from all staff, especially the cleaning service staff, she was excellent with her time management when we requested more bedding. Breakfast buffet, was great!! Especially when traveling with your family, big money saver!

Only thing I could complain about, is the pool not being heated. Water was very cold, wish it had a heated water system, being it was an indoor pool.

Everything is so good just I am very disappointed about the price when I reserve is said it was $199 with some cents and today I just check my bank account and you guys charge $208 and cents But other wise everything it was so clean everything so good and the free breakfast it was so good 😀

Is excellent

We come to Lodi due to annual events, and first time staying this hotel. Hotel was very clean, spacious room, bedding were very soft, nice and cozy! Breakfast was good, plenty of seats and tables too. Location is good, close enough to get to most of the main places. Would definitely stay here again :)

Pillow was too soft but it wasn't that big deal.

this property is advertised with a pool that is one of the main reasons we picked it. the pool was closed but that is not stated on website. this was very disappointing since that was reason we choose this hotel

The staff was friendly. The hotel and room looked and smelled clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a small sitting room and ample closet space. The window treatments were nice (blackout shade & sheer curtain).

Most of the hotel staff didn't wear masks. While this is a personal choice, so many people in the hotel were not wearing masks either. Since all guests need to speak with the front desk, vaccinated or not, I would have felt safer if the front desk staff wore masks. (We wore ours.)

The breakfast was fine, but the eggs were a little crusty, the pancake machine broke down the 3rd day, and the milk was sour for two days. But they did say they would dump the rest of the milk

The pool was closed. They didn't replace the coffee and cups.

Check-in experience was good. staff was generous. Room cleanliness in general was good too.

Breakfast options could be better though. May want to start providing set of toiletries including tooth brush and paste

The facility was quiet and clean, easy access to places we needed to visit and the price was fair.

The facility is under construction, and the pool was not available. our kids usually look forward to having fun in the pool so it was disappointing.
