OK I'm going to be as Specific as I possibly can. Very very nice hotel. Very Clean! Phone, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Shower, and Refrigerator works great! Lots of Outlets for your Electronics to Charge. The Vent/Fan doesn't have a funky odor when in use. There is a Ironing Board, Body Lotion, Hangers, a Hair Dryer, Shampoo, Towels, Ice Bucket(There Ice Machine Works), and 2 Face Bars. Nice variety of Channels to watch from on the Flat Screen. It's very very close (like milliseconds away) to Target, CVS, Dollar Tree, Smart and Final, McDonald's, O'Reillys, and Starbucks! Plus Lots of Taco Trucks near by! Ok neighborhood (I didn't have any problems with being followed, Robbed, or my Car getting broken into) Staff was very Friendly and Communicative. The staff clean your room Every Single Day (NO BEDBUGS, ROACHES, Or any other CRITTERS), and they respect your Belongings(None of my stuff came up missing) For me Reserving my room through Booking.com, the Lady let me Check in after Check-in time (which was 2pm). She let me Pay with Cash, which was great because something happened to my Credit Card. The staff charge $5 for the Key to the Room.

The only Two reasons I didn't give it a 10 was because the Mattress on the bed was very Firm/Stiff to sleep on, as well as the Pillows, but I managed. Also they didn't have any Bar Soap to clean your hands with. A Face Bar isn't going to Clean my hands after using the Bathroom. However, I did run to the Dollar Tree to grab some Anti-Bacterial soap. But other than that, Park Cienega Motel Definitely can expect me Returning Again

This hotel is a great value! I rated it a bit higher than I would if I had I paid two to three times as much, which would be easy in this vicinity. The room was clean, comfy, and included an iron/ironing board, hairdryer, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee (tea) with a coffee maker, a table, and was larger than most hotels. The mirrors on walls made it feel even more spacious. The staff freshened my bed and replenished soap/lotion/shampoo, used towels every day. When I asked for more coffee and an extra blanket, they gave me those items too. I accidently drove into another similar looking motel one-night, that made me grateful I stayed in a this freshly painted and cleaner motel. It is near Hwy 10, Pollo Loco, Baskin Robbins, Smart & Final, and a few other services. They provided lots of hangers on the clothes storage rack.

I stayed during a cold spell. I woke up freezing, although the room had a heater, I didn't want to use unnecessary energy and needed/had to request/received an extra blanket. It seems the 1960s motel was in serious need of insulation, and they would save money if they fixed that because in the summer, I suspect it gets super-hot and their air conditioner/heater units are going to be on most of the time. The lack of a dresser to store my clothes during my four-day stay was also less than ideal.

If you're trying to save money during your stay in LA without sacrificing cleanliness, safety or location I would recommend staying here. Considering what you get the prices are very fair. The staff were kind and helpful. The wifi is not the very best, but it worked well enough to stream two Harry Potter films without problems. The cable clarify is very good as well. If you're Jewish this motel is near all the kosher restaurants (including bagels), Judaica stores and the Sephardi Synagogue.

The only negative was that the smell of cleaning detergent was very strong, airing out the room when you arrive is a must. It was either cleaning detergent of the fragrance plug-in thing. Not sure

It was a big non-smoking room with a big bed, private bathroom, enough storage space, a fridge, towels, all in all it was clean. There was free parking, the wifi was ok. The motel was also easy to reach by public transport. If you are travelling by car, it is well located. But even with public transport, some recommendable places could be reached. The owners of the motel were very friendly. And by Los Angeles standards it was a great price. If you don't expect the greatest luxury, everything was top. Happy to stay again.

The place was great. It was being cleaned every single day and the room was spacious. It was a 10 minute drive from West Hollywood (I recommend renting a car for LA). The room had AC, a sink, an ironing board, a TV (no Netflix so we didn't really use that) and the bathroom was clean and the towels were changed daily. The value for this price is really good and we felt really safe here.

WiFi speed is so-and-so, but wasn't a big deal for us. It would be great if the room would have a do not disturb sign to put outside in case we want to sleep more. The hand soap was being thrown away daily (we did get new ones), but I felt that was kind of a waste.

It was a basic room and had what you would expect for a small, efficient space. WiFi was great and I was able to easily set up a Chromecast on their TV and even play Stadia video games as their internet was fast enough for this service. Owners kept a watchful eye on the property which I appreciated as it is LA and can be a busy area at times. It was walking distance from Target, coffee shops, restaurants, and even a laundromat. Transit nearby can get you to many parts of the city.

The Motel could use some renovation but I'm not a perfectionist - it didn't deter from my trip to LA as the space met all my needs and was clean.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe as a solo traveller. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. It is run by a family. There was a yoga studio across the street. Also 2 grocery stores and 2 starbucks. It was inexpensive...

very slight funky smell in the room that only bothered me for a few minutes.

Good room, nothing fancy but very well laid out with a small kitchen area. Even though the area was not fancy we felt very safe walking around. Parking was very good by room and a very full hotel.

Homeless tents out front but they all minded their own business and no problems going past.

I hesitate when booking motels …but i needed a reasonable rate in a particular area. Of course I did my due diligent in researching and reading reviews, but you still can never be too sure with lodging. Anyways the reviews were spot on! It’s an older building so the outside doesn’t look like much… but don’t judge a book… (you know the saying) The room was very clean which is the biggest challenge in me staying away from home. Just in case anyone else has that struggle, I felt led to leave some feedback. My first check when walking in is the bed(don’t want to bring anything back home with me) , the bathrooms, corners, showers (can I take a shower without shower shoes, if I wanted to… (and I never do but I still check lol). Also this happened to be a “smoking room”, only one left when I booked… and there was no sign or smell present. If you need a nice little place, clean, reasonable you won’t go wrong here! I would stay here again and clearly I would recommend to others!🙂

Although an older building, the owners keep it in good shape. They had patched and resurfaced part of the parking area which was blocked off while we were there. The room was clean and everything was in working order.

The bed was very firm, but it was also very high, making it difficult for my wife to get into. And the fan on the a/c would only work on high which made a lot of noise.
