Dirty parking entrance.

Outstanding service from friendly staff. There were several, separate issues with the plumbing and on both occasions a maintenance person was sent to the room within five minutes of my calling reception. Richard at reception recommended an interior-facing room which made our whole stay extra comfortable with no noise from traffic. Good size of room and bathroom and very clean.

We had stayed in the Residence Inn by Marriott at South Beach, Miami last year and by comparison this room was a little dull and old-fashioned, but still comfortable. I understand that there is a plan to remodel the rooms.

The room was fine. It was in a good location. But it is not in Beverly Hills... it's in LA. Close to many small food shops. Parking was good as was the valet.

The address is VERY misleading. GPS won't find it in Beverly Hills. Its is in LA!!!! Not good when you rent a car and have NO IDEA that the coordinates are not accurate when you depend on the GPS. Could also not check in when arrived. Some computer issue. Had to call the place a few times to find it. They also had NO IDEA that it is not in Beverly Hills. Possible bad management practices.

It is centrally located, near everything. The room is a small studio with a kitchen. The staff is very nice and quick to respond. It is near a Pavillions market.

The bed is kind of small, two people would be crowded. There is a glass sliding door, but my room was on 7th floor so it is unusual to have that kind of door with no security (no balcony or anything). The elevator did a strange noise going up and down and I heard it from my room. California hotel prices are crazy. This is a 3 star hotel but was pretty expensive.

It was a nice hotel good location and the rooms were good as well.

Parking charge

The building is well maintained. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is not the same every day. The rooms are a great size. Plenty of room to move around. Great location for our needs. I was in the LA Marathon and i was able to walk to the buses and walk back to the hotel after the Marathon.

Parking $40.00 a night? I can understand one night but the longer you stay after the first night should be free. I only have to reserve my star once I should only pay for parking once.

I booked a queen room with a queen couch bed. When we arrived and was given our room keys the wonderful lady at the counter who was so nice and friendly said you are on the to 7th floor (Top floor). When we went into our room she had give us a room with two separate bedrooms with a bathroom in each plus the couch bed. I went down and asked if we were given the wrong room? The wonderful women said no you have such a nice family and you are in the LA Marathon tomorrow so you needed to be more comfortable. WOW what an impact. I will be staying here for every LA Marathon and when we have a need to stay in this area which is 2-3 times a year. The breakfast was different both days which was very nice.

The only negative a can say is the price for parking. I can see if it's charged for one day but when staying multiple days you should not be charged for all of them.

clean, and room (suite) was perfect for two adults and two children. GM was nice and helpful.

The staff weren’t helpful the first two times I called to make sure the Reso was confirmed thru booking.com. They were supposed to call back and never did. When I finally spoke w/the GM she contacted booking.com to find out that there was an issue with the transfer of the Reso on booking.coms end. Everything was cleared up on the day of check-in as we were driving to the hotel from out-of-town. The other downside was the breakfast was closed early. This was one of the main reasons we booked because we had our children. When my husband went down with the kids to get breakfast around 10-1030a they were closed. Definitely way to early to close for breakfast.

The room was comfortable and clean with a kitchenette. It was close to many attractions. We opted for valet parking which is $36 per day. It was a convenient service.

We were not informed correctly about the breakfast timings which are different for weekdays. The breakfast staff were rude when we mentioned about what the front desk told us earlier. The breakfast and coffee itself were not great but just a convenience in the morning.

The Sofa bad was uncomfortable, one staff members just send us to the website instead of helping, but the day after someone else helped us. There was nothing besides eggs and bagels at breakfast, one day there was a Belgian Waffe
