The Suite was spacious, clean bathroom, nice view of the parking lot to keep an eye on our vehicle. The carpet was surprisingly clean and the room had no smell whatsoever (I've stayed in hotel rooms that reek of cigarettes) Spacious closet and plenty of space to accommodate personal items. Room included a fridge and microwave, plus a sink. The free breakfast was a nice touch, it was delicious!

I booked through Booking.com and had asked in advance to check in at 12. I got confirmation for my check in, but when I arrived, the receptionist was rude. He said that they never got my message, that checking was at 3, and that either way he would help me, even though "there was no message". I just think he could've handled the situation a little better. Either way it could've been a mistake from booking.com as well.

Overall the stay was great even though I was just there for one night due to an emergency. Breakfast was offered the next morning and was actually very good. No issues with finding parking or noisy neighbors. Check in and check out process was easy and the staff was very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

No major issues that I could say but they were doing construction on the parking lot since there was a lot of pot holes. This didn't take away from my thoughts on the stay but couldn't think of any other issue.

I had an excellent stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites. The size of my room was comfortable and there were good options for breakfast. The location is convenient for dining and shopping, and it is close to freeways. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The only slight negative was that I could often hear people walking or moving around in the room above me. It could have just been those particular guests were heavy footed, but it wasn't that big of a deal and overall I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

My room was a great size. I loved the little sitting area and the big closet. Nice breakfast area, great breakfast selection. The afternoon cookies at the reception desk were a nice touch! Lots of dining options nearby.

None of the four vending machines on the property was working :( I think I left something in my room, and I messaged the hotel via this website, and I haven't heard back :(

There was 1 incident on Friday, where the man on the counter was very rude. I came to grab my breakfast so we can eat it in the room. I say good morning to him & I waited in front of the counter ( a good 2 minutes). He didn’t reply back and what makes it worst is I stood there no one behind me, he knows I’m there & he just completely ignore me. nothing worst for a guess to be ignored at least for my experience. Since I wasn’t greeted, or even acknowledged, I decide to go get a coffee. My mom ask where’s the breakfast, I told my mom that the man in the counter just look at me, quiet, like I’m not even there, he was very distance, & I feel not wanted there as a guess. My mom went to grab the breakfast instead.

I like the bedroom suite. Such a great place to rest my head.

The living room couch had a pull out bed. I'm not sure when the last time they thought to pull it open n clean the thing.

Despite the smoke alarm going off in middle of wee morning, stay was great. Hot breakfast selection was great. King size Suite was very roomy and Comfy!!! The skylight was a great treat as well!!

No side door access

Clean hotel and room Breakfast was good, it had a decent selection. Hot items provided, mini omelets, country potatoes, make your own waffles. Staff very nice and friendly. Pretty good surrounding restaurants, movie theater across the street.

We came in early they accommodate us to check in. Very pleasant experience, we are senior citizens and we get tired easily. It’s home away from home.

I really love the location. close to restaurants and shopping as well as dessert. I really enjoy the king room with sofa pull out. the beds were nice and soft… very comfy.

I was expecting more out of the breakfast but it was nice.
