Free parking, breakfast included, nice modern clean hotel. Close to the freeway (Although that means 20 minutes by car from the beach).

$50 charge for our dog! Advertised as PET FRIENDLY but at $50 anyone would be. Luckily my Wife was with me so could not see the Extra $50 and accused me of partying with a couple of call girls! $30; would be fine but they should be more forthright and put the price in the web page and not don’t spring it on people at check in.

The staff was incredible! After the horrible experience at the Hawthorne location I found this one and booked a room. When I got there I informed the staff of my experience at the other location and they were very accommodating to my needs. Everyone I interacted with what this location was amazing. They even gave me recommendations for my next vacation.

Breakfast should be complimentary for long staying guest. Can get pricey

Everything was great I was just surprised to see 18.00 per night added in on my check out bill, that was not relayed to me upon check-in. It's a bit pricey per night for the parking to not be included. I had to pay for breakfast it was very good and the service was great rooms were wonderful bed was comfy and I would definitely stay again

I think that parking should be included in the price cause if your staying there your car should be able to stay where you are since the location did not have the option for street parking so you really had no choice and I feel they should let you know at check in there's an 18.00 parking fee per day

I loved how quiet it was. The staff was wonderful, very helpful. And I will be staying here again.

I would say add a complementary (continental) breakfast, and if they can build the bar out more for evening entertaining. But I understand with COVID still active and it being family friendly that may not be possible. But I really enjoyed the stay.

Other than the above issues, the room and hotel were very nice and modern and quiet. Needs were comfy. Nancy at the front desk gave superb service with a cheerful attitude and ready smile.

The food and snacks were quite expensive, breakfast not included in the room charge. Location felt busy. Our shower sprayed water outside the tub and soaked the floor in puddles we had to mop up with bath towels. It was clear this had been happening for a while as the bottom of the wall nearby and the bathroom door were obviously water-damaged and swollen. A better shower head would fix the problem.

I liked how calm and clean the property was. It was never too crowded and it was easy to get around. Felt safe.

I didn’t like how there was no paper or pamphlet at the room stating the restaurant hours or when room service is available. It’s great they tell you when you check in but I’m pretty forgetful so it would be nice to have something that states all of that in the room as well.

paid for the upgrade of my room to king with luxury bathroom. called front desk and the only thing that was “luxury” about the upgrade was the rain shower. pretty disappointing but overall good experience.

Nice quiet room, good bed. Staff was super friendly.

Hotel is right next to highway, so it was a little bit noisy. Area is probably not the best if you do not have a car, but with Uber it is not a big problem. Snacks in the hotel is a little bit overpriced, bottle of water for 8 $.

Room was great. Got a room on the first floor and easily accessible from the side parking lot. Room was everything we needed and comfy for the 2 nights we were there. Mini fridge kept our water and milk for the kids nice and cold.

The pressure from the shower was weird even after adjusting the shower head. Ice machine is in the laundry room.. took me awhile to find it (and the laundry room was right across from our room). Daily parking rate is a bit high
