Best Western Plus Country Park Hotel

We liked the size of the room, its cleanliness, and the quality and quantity of the towel provided. We also liked the breakfast, which provided a good variety of various foods and in quantities desired.

About the only negative experience we encountered was on August 15. After we had checked in and gone into the room, we found that the television set did not work. It displayed a rather cryptic message about some card that needed to be inserted. We alerted the front desk clerk, who tried to help us. She then called a maintenance person, who came to the room and fixed the problem. To avoid this kind of thing from happening again, please make sure that the TV set is fully functional before the room is offered to each new guest. Thank you!

The room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi area were comfortable and clean as well. Parking was easy and free. The Internet worked fine. The best part was the service. Everyone was so nice and accommodating.

There looked to be a good variety of breakfast options (cereal, yogurt, breads) but the coffee was empty, both of the creamers were empty, and the orange juice was watered down. I decided to grab a couple peanut butter packets and go up the street to the German bakery and get a breakfast roll.

Clean and welcoming entrance, staff warm and welcoming. Room was fine but could do with a better Main light, room was clean and well maintained the blinds were great and kept the light out. The only down side was no house keeping but that was no biggy but fresh towels provided daily.

Location: we wanted to be near old town and Kohnen's bakery. We stayed in a place in Tehachapi a few years ago which was old and gross. We loved that BW was clean, had been remodeled and was very pleasant. The gym and pool looked awesome although we didn't have a chance to take advantage due to time.

The check in clerk seemed sad and unfriendly. The breakfast was also very sad: old bananas and oranges were unappealing. I didn't see too many options so we skipped it. We didn't know where to go for dinner, it would have been nice to be able to have some recommendations or even a list of places that would deliver. The air conditioner was VERY LOUD! but it did keep us cool.

The property was in a good location where we could walk to town. The room was spacious and had a sitting area as well as a comfy bed large bathroom and extra sink. Breakfast was good, with hot options and fresh fruit.

Nothing, it exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was huge. Larger actually then any of our friends also staying at the hotel. Beds were a big hard but linens were lovely. The Air conditioning was wonderful.

Beds were a little bit hard. Also don’t expect anything special. My friends were staying here after getting married and I asked if they did anything special and was met with I don’t know. Cell service and WiFi is not very good.

This hotel was spotlessly clean, especially the room. The room had a chair and sofa with appropriate lighting for reading, things that are too often absent even at higher priced hotels.

The mattress was WAY too firm. I would describe it as downright hard. The few staff members I interacted with were not unfriendly, but definitely lacked warmth. Breakfast was ok but not great.

There was no tv in the living room only in the bedroom and while the bed was fantastic to sleep on not comfortable to watch tv from. Pillows were weirdly square and small.

I liked this property because it was safe and clean. it was also near all of the amenities that we needed. They also put out a pretty great breakfast!

The staff in the lobby were watching tv and barely paying attention as guests came in or left.

Chair in room was broken and ceiling light fixtures did not have covers. We have stay at this Best Western for pass five years to visit family in Palm Desert. Called and they did replace broken chair.
