There was a issue with the TV, but Staff was quick to respond. No one had to ask for a compliment. They offered to help correct the hospitality. Great!

The meal advertisement, there wasn't a meal available. Please notify in advertisement, "there are no continental or breakfast available." What is offered is breakfast snacks and hot cups of variety instant drinks. Plus hotel's near fast foods and Denny's...

the receptionist was very friendly! our room was clean & didn’t smell at all which I was grateful cause of my asthma ! not only that it was good distance from the clubs and bars we took Uber only 5 minutes away ! would come back only paid $168 for the night .

the only thing is the beds are hard there not that comfortable. I was tossing and turning and could not sleep for nothing.

The location was good as we were in town for a soccer tournament and this was pretty convenient to the tournament location.

Our bathroom (131) reeked of stale cigarette smoke. We bought a plug-in air freshener and actually left it behind so maybe it will smell a little less like smoke.

The location was great. Our small dogs were able to stay with us.

More fluffy pillows. We were out on a Saturday having dinner and at a casino. Someone complained our dogs were barking and hotel called us. We had to leave and go back to the hotel and our Saturday r Out was ruined. My dogs only bark if people are making noise or talking really loud.

The receptionist was wonderful, helped with transfer of room because of the extreme noise when I had just checked in and went to see my room. She helped me with a referral for food.

I was going to book an extended stay and the person on call in the morning just left instead of doing the booking.

The grab and go breakfast was disappointing. There was someone camping in their car in the parking lot for the entire week we were there.

The convenience of extending my stay. Loved it, so welcoming each time. Had I known about the service I would have taken off work and stayed up to a week.

It was just ok. You should have trays in the rooms to carry the breakfast back to your room.

For breakfast, I would have liked at least an egg item. Muffins and oatmeal are not enough. And no water in the rooms is also inconvenient. Finally the window should not have been left open....I discovered it was open in the morning since It was hidden at night behind the curtains.

That is not a breakfast. It was coffee and breads

The service exceptional, available at late night. We were in town for a gathering of nations. The trip was amazing and comforting because I had just come out of the hospital.

Resolved ... Would have liked a Continental breakfast with waffles.
