Staff was veryOne of the many days that I stood there I was running a little late and making a payment for that day was running a little late because I was having an asthma attack, an needed a treatment, so management came to me at my front room door until I was done finishing my asthma treatment to follow me downstairs to make sure payment was made

i loved how nice and neat everything looked.
The studio itself looked very nice but i spotted a few roaches crawling around the living area. I also saw that the toilet wasnt completely clean as there were a few pee stains left from previous guest.

Can’t say much about the breakfast … but it was warm… the hotel location was odd or difficult to find… a truck was parked obstructing the small marquee… which had us and GPS going in circles… in speaking with others some had same experience😩
Lighting good in garage area but visibility low around the grounds. I did have a miss step and fell… no major injury but at 73, every fall I could have major consequences 😬

The front desk was rude, she wasn’t pleasant at all. Didn’t greet us as guess. As a customer I spoke and she look at me and ignored me and kept with your ID & and the payment. When done she said what room that was it. After I said Thank you she proceeded and turn around and went to the back.

The night manager was rude and provided terrible customer service. Ignored guest, barely looked at folks and when they did, it was with irritation and disgust. Literally, every other staff member was exceptional!

It was amazing experience at this hotel and to know they were open for only 1 week was even more amazing and explained why it looked so new and it smelled new too! Absolutely the best residence inn we stayed at this far and definitely will be back!
Because it was so new the AC did not work in the room and it was a tad bit warm and we like our room much cooler other than that I highly recommend to stay!

I really liked how clean and comfortable the hotel felt and actually was. The suites are perfect size, very modern and didn't feel like a hotel. Staff was very friendly as well. perfect stay and would stay there again. Break is also pretty decent as well.

the room was amazing, had everything for a good stay. the hotel had awesome spaces outside and inside and the breakfast was AMAZING!!!!! with variety and it’s less than 10 minutes from six flags and bars close by you can walk.

The room was amazing, very quiet and peaceful. The bed is really comfortable which made for a good nights sleep. dishes in the room come in handy for drinks and food.
