Radisson Hotel Chatsworth

Over all it was a great experience sa in the few times I’ve stayed.

This trip had a couple of issues. The drain in the bathroom sink drained really slow, as if it was clogged. jacuzzi was barely hot and the chair lift for disabled guests was hanging above the middle of the jacuzzi.took twenty minutes before someone came. I understand things happen. Still made the most of it. Will be back again.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It was close to my family so it worked out great. The absolute best staff. They are all so kind and accommodating.

Street noise is bothersome. Wish the breakfasts choices were a little better. Laundry was very high ($) so I didn’t use. ( for detergent, wash and dry you need $12 in quarters!

1. Great small gym with the key equipment I needed 2. Shower pressure was great. Hot water was instant 3. Rooms were large unlike newer hotels 4. House keeping was very responsive

1. The room door for 216 was very hard to open - the rubber was broken - needed a push every time.

Loved every bit of it. Room was very clean, bed comfy. Was in Northridge for a celebration and your hotel was recommended by the host.

Shower, turned on the water and was waiting for it to heat, it splashed on the bathroom floor. Very minor problem, cleaned it up with the bath mat

the water is out 11am -6pm four days for plumbing reason. One night the power went off. besides all these , it's good. the front table Mr. Arthur (sounds like this), he is very nice and professional.

the water is out for 3 days and then one more days. otherwise, this is a good place to stay, it's quiet and comfortable.

The staff was great, very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant had good food. Parking was easy and secure. Very quiet and relaxing to stay there.

The pool was not open at time of stay.

I had requested extra towels before my arrival and when I checked into my room they were there the decor of the room was very relaxing and very quiet and the bed was so comfy loved the soft comforter also. The walk in shower was great nice and hot with good water pressure I will certainly come back and recommend everyone who comes into town to stay there

I didn't have a chance to dine in the restaurant worked to late and had to go back to work the next morning

A little debris behind doors on the floor. Just a little unsightly. General cleanliness okay.

everyone was so nice, we were staying here to help my sister who is in collage move, We were so tired and just needed a comfortable place to sleep and they provided that with flying colors. And the staff was so kind .

I can't think of anything we didn't like

Staff was friendly, room was spacious, bed was comfortable

One of the room keys did not work at all. The 2nd key worked only intermittently. Would have appreciated more bottles of water in the room.
