Mountain Lodge at Telluride

The property is located very close to the gondola and up on Telluride Mountain Village with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and the beautiful village. The staff was wonderful and helpful when we asked for anything. Only issue was the road to the hotel was being paved and work being done to the roof so getting our car at valet took forever. It took at least 20-25 min and we were forced to use valet. I would recommend these accommodations, but make sure they are done with construction.

The construction going on while we were there. Forced to get Valet and the car seemed to be parked very far because it took over 20-25 min every time we requested our car. We were 4 people in a junior suite and the cleaning staff only left 3 towels and no shampoo for the 5 days we were there. Other than that the staff was wonderful.

We liked the hotel staff and the room was comfortable.

The room was very small for two people and had a view of the street between the buildings of the hotel. And you could hear the people in the room next door. One thing that I didn't like is that you have to take two gondolas to get to the town. In the summer, this was fine, but in the winter that could be a real pain if there were lift lines.

View from our room was amazing! the staff was gracious enough to let us park on the property site since my husband had a hurt ankle.

Room was dusty because it hadn't been used in awhile, and smelt like rotting meat when we walked in, took us all day to figure out what it was. Something had been rotting in the garbage disposal. After finding that I was grossed out for the rest of the visit!

Location wonderful..great being close to gondola for hiking.

Parking should be included in price. Stayed 3 nights and last night vehicle wasn't even put into parking garage after we turned keys into valet. First day in unit no one came in and gave us fresh towels or picked up trash. We're supposed to have daily maid service.

Location ease of getting to gondola. Good food and nice accommodations. Restaurant staff was very friendly.

Hotel Staff was not very friendly except one person. Not very helpful when inquiring about anything. Not very responsive.

Our room was very nicely finished and furnished. It was cozy and comfortable. Felt private because of how quiet it was in our building.

Very limited parking forced me to have to use valet which was very inconvenient on a couple of occasions. Minor problem with a loose toilet seat which I reported but it was never addressed the 3 nights I stayed. Room was a bit small for the price I paid in my opinion. Only had a fridge/freezer, no microwave.

Mountain Lodge Telluride is situated between the Market area/gondola and Mountain Village. It was quiet and cozy and does have ski in/ski out access.

It is a bit pricey but to be expected given location and time of year.

Great location. Great healthyish food options. Friendly & accommodating staff. Convenience to grocery and gondola.

Weird restaurant hours and offerings. Not being able to ski directly from unit itself and having to walk down a slippery hill. No washer/dryer in unit

Good location. Hotel provided on-demand shuttle service to the gondola and/or base of mountain (extremely efficient).

Room we had was very small/narrow with an inefficient layout. Not really any place to put bags (ski & boot bags, luggage etc.)

service could have been better. I didn’t have daily housekeeping by my request however when I asked for a coffee pack and shampoo it took 2 phone calls and 30 mins later I still had to go to front desk and grab myself bc no 1 came to room
