Best Western Apalach Inn

Room was nice. Breakfast was good but the hours were not. Should have been till 10am at least on Sunday. What was horrible was that the staff shut down breakfast without any warning! We r on vacation and don’t look at a clock, a heads up before all beverages were shut off would have just been a courtesy! Housekeeping was FANTASTIC, friendly and helpful!!

Again, the breakfast hours should have been an extra 30 minutes but mostly we all deserved a courtesy announcement prior to shutting down coffee and juices. There wasn’t even a warning about the food. The woman just turned beverage dispensers off and took it all the food without any concern for your guests. Very rude!!

breakfast was really good, especially the waffles! Our room was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was great and we had everything we needed for the three days we were there.

A little pricey but I guess that was to be expected over Memorial Day weekend. The breakfast made up for the high cost of the hotel really beause it was delicious and so clean, staff very friendly in that area too!

*The room was clean. *Breakfast was good if you got there in time to get it. *Staff was friendly with the exception of a 2nd shift desk employee on Friday (5/27) who gave my husband a fit about asking for extra blankets. *The pool and deck area was very nice. The property was beautiful. *The room size was sufficient for a family of 5. Nicely updated and clean.

Water STINKS. Doesn't have strong water pressure for showering but that seems to be an issue at nearly every hotel. Twice during our stay there were water issues that caused the water to stop working. (Not the hotels fault but they did kindly immediately notify the city.) This seems to be an issue for the area so mentioning it so you can keep it in mind.

The breakfast was very good and the breakfast attended was very helpful. We also had a dysfunctional A/C unit and without hesitation they helped us move to another room and gave us a little break on the bill. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay on Florida's forgotten coast.

The Beds was extremely comfortable, very spacious and clean. Did enjoy that it was close to town and could get a quick bite to eat and shop.

The bathroom was too small, the carpets should get ripped up and put new flooring in that doesn't create that Florida musty smell, or to help freshness, add automatic air-fresheners. The parking lot is large enough and right off the main rode.

Breakfast was very good, plentiful, and lots of choices. Bed was comfortable, linens were spotless and soft- we slept well! The room wasn’t overly large, but it suited us, was very clean, and had plenty of room for our ‘stuff’.

The water coming out of the sink had the smell of pipe glue, very strong. Not a problem as we didn’t drink from that tap.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access to room that was very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Quiet.

I was very disappointed that having specifically booked a King room with a Spa Whirlpool tub and paying for same, I got in the tub to realize that the whirlpool was not working. Dials were missing and obviously not usable! Very displeased with this misleading advertising!

The lady that checked us in was great. Since we had children with us she put us on the ground floor near the pool.

COVID rules were in place and we didn’t have housekeeping service . This is a cop out to make more money. we had to empty the trash and get towels. Sheets didn’t get changed for the 4 days we were there. Need to give Covid Discount!

It was very clean. Even the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and did a great job cleaning our room and serving up breakfast.

Which you would serve small cartons of milk instead of milk poured from a gallon. One morning the milk was was and sour.

Breakfast was a delight, , room clean, pleasant sleep beds and pillows comfort, staff was a delight answered all questions and offered their services.

not budget friendly, price is a little high, but this is expected due to the ecomony. choose this location due to having a pool. Did not use it maybe next time.
