the location couldn’t be better, super clean, staff was very helpful and accommodating. the breakfast was very good and complete and the perfect stay before heading to port to catch our cruise

The reception staff were helpful, friendly and pleasant. The hotel was clean and the room was a good size. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Single use plastic was everywhere in the common areas of the hotel. The breakfast was plates, bowls, cups and cutlery were all disposable. At the bar, all the 'glassware' was single use plastic. This was really the most disappointing thing about the hotel. The breakfast 'branding' around the hotel boasted over 400 ways to 'Rise and Shine' all served on reusable crockery with real cutlery - the reality was a heap of single use trash that was undoubted headed for landfill. A leading hotel group like Hilton really should be setting an example by reducing its waste and impact on the planet. Pool bartender was unfriendly.

We stayed here due to the close proximity to the cruise terminal. Hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. The room was a basic style room but again was clean and had the standard hotel room items. Bed was comfortable and the interior of the room was clean. Breakfast was good. Had the basic breakfast items and everyrhing was well laid. Outside pool area and basketball court was very nice although we just viewed the area and didn't swim or play any hoops. Would stay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone needing a nice clean hotel that's close to a lot of shopping and activities as well as within a mile of the cruise terminal.

3rd time staying at Home2 Suites, first in Florida. Love the spacious rooms. Staff was very personable & accommodating.

Unfortunately the breakfast was closed 3 out of the 6 days, but the attached sister hotel's breakfast was open. Actually preferred their choice of breakfast foods over Home2 Suites. Disliked the pre-made breakfast options, English Muffin sandwiches, pre-made omelets etc. Too dry and unappealing.

Location. As we were arriving late the online check in service.

At on line check in the room offered did not match booking. Luckily staff were up , recognised error and quickly changed room - very satisfied with outcome. The online checkout service does not allow review of bill (or was not obvious - should not allow you to check out without confirming acceptance of bill) and subsequently found we had been charged for daily parking at hotel when in fact we used a taxi and did not have car. Charge was subsequently refunded. Still a pain.

The rooms were everything, comfortable, spacious, and had all everything we needed. The breakfast was awesome. The staff were very nice and cordial. And it was an easy transition to our cruise ship. I would most definitely be back

It was a little confusing at first as the hotel is shared with another hotel in one building, but there wasn't a problem separating the two once inside

Beautiful area. We actually booked to stay at Home2Suites but stayed next door in the Homewood Suites due to an unforeseen water issue. The staff was more than happy to help us navigate to the hotel next door to Homewood Suites, all operated under the Hilton name. Just as nice, just as friendly. The room was spacious, clean and very comfy! Breakfast was provided with our room stay and was excellent. There is just something about a Hilton operated Hotel and its quality - never disappointed. If we head to Orlando - we will be sure to check in to one of the three Hilton operated hotels in this area. Wish we could have stayed longer at this hotel while on our journey in Florida.

Stay wasn't long enough.

Property was very clean. Some staff members were not as friendly as others but overall a pleasant place to stay and safe.

Due to COVID restrictions the bar area is only open on Fridays and Saturdays from 3p - 9p.

The hotel was clean. The rooms were spacious. Close to the port where we were leaving from .

Really, the only thing I can complain about was the cost. When we got back from the cruise we stayed at a competitor's hotel near the airport, it was a third of the cost.

Everyone was wonderful! But 1 lady at check in desk is a very rude person! She was rude to me and few friends twice. She's very rude with her staff. We were traveling with 42 friends to get on wonder of the seas. The lady that was rude her name is Melissa. Thank you, Patricia Thomas
