Residence Inn Sandestin at Grand Boulevard

The cleanliness of the halls, rooms, lobby, dining area. The staff was very welcoming. Anything I needed, they provided. I also loved the layout of our suite which had more than enough room for 2 couples and one teenager. Both bedrooms had a bathroom so no sharing. This location was very close to the beach, shopping, and eating places. I will definitely book here for my next Florida trip.

I didnt like that the washer and dryer were $2 each to use. Furthermore, most of the washers and dryers were out of order.

Breakfast was wonderful with more than enough seating.

You say you sleep 6, but their is only enough seating in the living room area for 4 to sit together to watch TV or a movie. You need to rearrange the room. The TV should be over the fireplace, the big piece of furniture you have it sitting on now only takes up unnecessary space; this would allow you to put another seat or a sectional to accommodate all occupants. You also need more kitchen dishes/glasses, etc.

The breakfast was great and always well-stocked. The room was huge and had a great kitchenette with all dishes, glassware and silverware provided. The staff could not have been more helpful or more friendly. They were wonderful.

The hallways smelled musty. Since the hotel is pet-friendly it might be due to a pet accident. I did not see anyone cleaning the hallways during our stay. We needed more towels and the only ones available looked like previous pool towels. Green and small. It is impossible to get around this area unless you have personal transportation. No airport shuttle, taxis or uber available. Apparently they are all booked weeks in advance. No direct beach access. Hard to reach without your own car. Limited parking.

Everyone was very nice and the front desk was perfect, attentive and very accommodating. The hallway on the 4th floor smelled very refreshing.

Every time we returned to the room it smelled very stale. We brought an essential oil machine, and we were perfectly fine.

the breakfast options were very limited. I don’t eat eggs. the turkey sausage made me sick. they had amazing waffles one day but that was it

Breakfast was decent. The location in reference to Miramar and Destin was great.

Location was pretty close to a busy road. So it was kind of loud traffic at night. Also the location does NOT include Sandestin Beach access. You have to drive to Miramar beach.

Big rooms classic set up for residence. Comfortable and clean. Nice staff and great landscaping/exterior spaces. Good for a dog too.

They refused to offer changes or refund for the second day which I did not use, because I used Booking.com..

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Super clean room. Food was exceptional. Location was convenient for shopping and food. Parking was great. We always felt that we were in a safe area and friendly people.

The lady serving over breakfast was outstanding,if out of anything she would go get it for you,so pleasant

The couch in our suite says sleeps 4:couch was too small,not comfortable form my 2 grandsons who joined us .

The hotel was spotless and smelled both clean and tropical. The employees were extremely kind and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious every day. I really appreciate the environment being child friendly and the room was amazing and do comfortable!

There was nothing I didn't like.
