Breakfast was great! Service was always friendly by those ladies :) I used the shuttle service and the employees were so helpful. Love that they had multiple pools and it was no issue getting an alcoholic bev to bring up to your room to enjoy on the balcony.

I booked the ocean view king suite, with beautiful views. However, the tub did not have hot water. I did call about it and they said they would send someone to look but no one ever came. That was disappointing as it’s why I booked this specific suite. Bartenders are a little iffy on their skill. I ordered a margarita and I wish I would’ve brought my own supplies. This may have been the worst drink I’ve ever had.

I left an expensive piece of clothing in the closet. After calling couple of hours after checking out, the staff told me that it is not in there after supposedly checking the room and the cleaner didn’t turn anything in. I’m pissed about the dishonesty. it just didn’t disappear on its own 😡

it was beautiful , the rooms were lovely. We were amazed at the amount of amenities and activities that are included! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Our room was very lovely! The breakfast and dinners were delicious.

Our room was very comfortable with the exception of the thin walls. We had an adjoining room and we could hear our neighbors loud tv, walking and talking. The people below us were constantly dragging patio furniture around which was rather loud. As soon as we settled into our room we had to listen to the landscapers for 2 hours loudly prune the beds below us with electric hedgers. Not quite the peace and quiet we were hoping for.

The property is well landscaped, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in the look and feel as you pull up. The valet attendants were on point, friendly, and quick. We were located in the "new" section, and you could tell they put a lot of thought into the design. We had a "sea view" room with two queen beds and a sofa that was a sleeper. The view was amazing to wake up to each morning.

The elevator in our section was inoperable the full week; this was a challenge as we were located on the 3rd floor. There are three pools. Two are located near all of the amenities. I was surprised by the lack of space and chairs for the amount of people. The pools were basically standing-room only. The 3rd pool is located by the spa and is adult-only. We had our 16-year-old with us, so that wasn't an option to use. I also tried to call the location several times for several days to ask a question, and not once did someone answer the phone. I resorted to leaving messages, and they did not return my phone calls. Lastly, I left a message through the platform, and it was returned a day later. This was extremely disappointing.

Loved our room, extremely spacious and the views were amazing. The bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home. The area near the fire pit was perfect for evening cocktails. The pool was a little too hot, I like it warm but that was hot. The food and drinks were good but a tad pricey. I was a little disappointed that the sunset cruise was booked by a private party. Maybe you should consider bringing in another boat for the rest of the guests. When that happens. Michael was extremely helpful. The music could have been a little more tropical. The guitar player on the beach was good but a little more lively atmosphere would be nice to entice people to the beach area in the evening.

Everything was wonderful. From the moment we arrived everyone was warm and inviting. The moment the doors open there is, not only a crisp temperature change, but also a scent change adding to the amazing visual. The staff was great. The tiki bar was great. Big kudos to the young gentleman working there last night. He made our last evening very relaxing. We ate at every restaurant and enjoyed them all. The sunset beach view is out of this world. We went for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint.

The only critique I would give is that the best meal I had was the Birria tacos, and sadly they're only on the lunch menu. I vote for full upgrade to the dinner selection as well.

This lodge really felt like a private resort. It was gated to ensure guest privacy. We were greeted at check-in with a free champagne and the staff were all so friendly. It was super clean, well decorated, and had so many amenities, we could have easily stayed longer. The gym was lovely and air-conditioned, providing Pelatons and other high-quality equipment. There were multiple pools, including adult-only, beach access, free kayaks and bicycles, which was one of the highlights of our stay.

Our only complaint throughout the entire stay was the walls seemed to be paper thin in our room. We could clearly hear our neighbor's conversations in the room next to us and knew exactly what TV show they were watching. Because of this awareness, we were nearly whispering in our room so as to not disturb our neighbors. Better soundproofing would be beneficial.

Enjoyed the food, liked the shop, liked the bikes, location great

We had a very bad experience with the shuttle. We called and was told it would arrive in 5 minutes but it did not arrive. We called again and was told it would arrive in 15 minutes and it did not arrive. We called again and was told it would be 30 minutes but it did not arrive. All this time we were standing at the side of the road with 2 of our party who gave health issues. Had to ask a friend to make 2 out of the way trips to Cheeca to take us back. Having gone to Cheeca over the last 30 years and recommended to our 4 friends who were with us, I felt let down as they said they probably would not join us on our next visit. We did mention it to the duty manager on our return. I have still scored you highly as I have always enjoyed your hotel.

adult pool is great idea ,room large , clean and great view , main restaurant has excellent food Tiki bar is great , location , service , drink quality . Vegetation excellent , very lush - it is a paradise Golfing, tennis are great throughout we do not play it. Walking distance to few restaurants including Fish Company , Breakfast and coffee good but not too many choices

Asian restaurant , limited menu and not so great appearance No beaches to swim but is is normal in keys
