This facility has an excellent crew. Cindy runs her front desk like you are welcome to be here. Taylor and Thea have the office operations smooth and efficient. Housekeeping Valerie consistently provides exceptional service. This place is always clean and insect free,in Florida! Hotel grounds are kept clean and safe by Hal. He seems to be everywhere handling business. Elizabeth greets her morning breakfast guests with a smile and an amazing selection of choices to start the new day. Well done Martha, this is a very pleasant experience for an excellent value!

Old cut Palm tree frons should be removed from the back parking area for pest control.

This property is a hidden jewel of the best Western company. It is very clean and well managed. The office staff,Brooke, Cindy and Trinity are friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Housekeeping has got it together, Valerie and her coworkers care about their property and it shows. A Florida coastal location with no room insects? Well done! The full hot breakfast is impressive and cheerfully facilitated by caring staff in a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent value!

Clean room, with a real blanket, coffee machine with coffee/condiment's, iron and board, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. Fridge/microwave. FREE BREAKFAST! Eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits and more! Nice pool! Soda/water/snack machines and free ice...under stairwells. Over 100 channel Spectrum tv, FREE WIFI! Nice walking trail with pond and bridge. 3 convenience stores, Starbucks, Dennys, Waffle House, McDonalds...all within 1000 feet of hotel. Walmart, Target, Petco etc. within walking distance. Main hwy to many attractions. PET FRIENDLY! Staff was super friendly and they keep the grounds clean and SAFE! BEST deal in town.

Very good location right off I-95. A Waffle House is an easy walk from the hotel and a Denny's is across the street. We ate at both. Like most, the hotel served breakfast but the wife has a gluten problem, so we rarely take advantage of these. Don't remember if the pool was open or not. Nice looking one, tho. Room was spacious and had a hair dryer and ironing board with iron.

Typical bathroom. Would have liked one bigger with a larger shower. Also, the bathroom sink faucet was too close to the back edge of the sink.

The place is very close to Kennedy Space Center. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Simple breakfast is available. There is a fitness room and a pool. Places to eat are close by. This place has the best, fastest internet I have ever seen at any hotel - 250 MB/s download speeds

The doors are really hard to open, you have to swipe the card 10-20 times before it works properly. There are no bathtubs, but that's a small thing given how nice everything else is.

The breakfast lady was friendly and cheerful. The housekeeping staff were hard working. Good breakfast. Location was good

No daily room cleaning. Had to request my room to be cleaned. They expected guest to empty their own trash. The lady at the desk checking in was bunt. She didn’t seem happy. She was able to answer questions about the area.

My husband and I wanted to try a hotel instead of a resort this vacation and booked hotel sight unseen...but was quiet satisfied with what we had we even brought an extra nite.. the staff was very helpful and nice...the free breakfast consists of real food personally cooked. The person we visited just happens to be 3min away which was convenient...overall I would stay there again....Thanks for everything

Breakfast was very good. The ladies at front desk were very very helpfull, The bedroom are definitely not the nicest, but at that price or for even twice the price I never saw something that good. Good for you if you can afford a $400 hotel room per night. At $100 BW was the real best deal.

There was no shampoo and the AC was smelly, but honestly if I have to go back to titusville, I'll sleep at BW again

Very nice housekeeping and maintenance staff. Always happy to help. Shout out to Al who gladly pulled me (my wheelchair) out while trapped in the sand. Also, Bruce, Keiton, Phil, Shirley and Dave, a great big thanks!

My mom wished some things like microwave and refrigerator should be closer to the sink. The bed killed my back every single day. My brother bought my mom a foam mattress to cover hers which helped her some.

The staff at the office was great having a restaurant on site was a plus.. Bed was comfortable.

You get what you pay for.. Found a roach as soon as we entered the room and then found some baby ones in a drawer we arrived late and left early headed for our cruise and dealt with it. However will not be staying again when we cruise from Port Canaveral.
