It was a pretty clean hotel & our room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We had issues with the TV not working & the front desk lady came to help us & she got it fixed immediately. She was very polite & helpful.
There was a huge gap at the bottom of the door & the hallway light shined really brightly into the room while we were trying to sleep, but we fixed it by shoving a towel at the bottom. And the other odd thing was the refrigerator kept making a loud ticking sound throughout the night on & off, which we eventually got used too or tried to drawn it out w/ the air unit. There was also no breakfast, though online it says breakfast included, but we didn't see any.

I was in a bind and the staff helped me get booked and in my room quickly. The staff is super friendly and the renovations look very nice.
I don’t like paying extra to have a room on the bottom floor. I think that is not fair. The beds are extremely hard as well.
