Comfort Inn and Suites Tifton

Breakfast was great! The gravy outstanding. The rooms are a nice size. The most important thing is your employee Camela. She called me that morning twice to make sure the rooms requested met our needs. I needed one on the 1st floor because I have knee issues that makes it hard to go up stairs in addition to being unable to take elevators due to claustrophobia. She also was the one at the counter when I checked in and the next morning when I checked out. She has a glowing enthusiasm. After 9 nights of staying in hotels and resorts including Disney and Universal studios, I never had someone who was so caring and accommodating. If we come back in the future we would stay again. Everyone seems nice.

I didn’t have any complaints or problems.

The location was great. It was just a mile way from my family‘s house and it was clean very clean. The rooms were excellent. Customer service was excellent. I felt safe. And I like the fact you have the option to pay one day at a time I came back to Florida and told everyone about the Comfort inn and it was a place to stay The next time you’re traveling to Georgia

The clerk Camila. So friendly. I had requested 1st floor to bad knees and don’t take elevators due to being claustrophobic. She called me early in the morning to clarify exactly what I needed. Since a second room was involved she wanted to get it right she also called a few hours later to ask. More question. I was so grateful. She put the rooms next to each other on the 1st floor. She is such a great employee to your company. This made the stay exceptional.

No issues.

The whole hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was very well maintained and simply nice. The interior design of the rooms is almost completely perfect. The couch was was a pull-out, which I didn’t even know about when booking.

The couch area could have used a coffee table. My partner and I brought back dinner and really had nowhere good to eat it together since the desk didn’t have two chairs, nor enough space to really fit them both if it had. Also, the TV was too outdated, as it wasn’t equipped with any streaming apps, nor the more important capability to receive a wireless cast from another device. The TV was the only real “issue” I had with the whole stay.

It was the desk clerk Courtney, that made our stay wonderful.

Nobody could get waffles on Saturday morning because someone on the last shift didn't clean it , instead they told us the waffle machine was tore up..and I booked a king handicap Suite and they didn't have one. The reason for that is I am handicapped and the toilets are to low and dealing with that had me hurting all weekend.

This was, hands down, the most cleanest, friendliest staff that we have every had before and we stay in a lot of hotels. The rooms were amazing & the beds & pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection & the cook so nice!! We will definitely stay here again when near Tifton!! If you haven't stayed here, you are missing out!!!!

Absolutely nothing

The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. It was obvious the hotel was very clean and that the staff takes pride in what they do. Kudos!

The coordinates for your address have been sabotaged in mapping apps somehow. I tried both Google and Waze. We were directed to a very rundown residential area in a city 40 miles from Tifton. Then I entered 300 for the address number instead of 302 and it got us there fine. The desk clerk said many people have been directed to the same place; she notified Corporate. The only other issue, which was reported, is the shower control knob. It was loose and would swing all the way to straight hot on its own if you weren't careful to stop it in just the right place. I'm sure maintenance has corrected the problem by now.

Hotel is right off the interstate for ease of off/on. Place was clean, staff friendly and there was plenty of well-lit parking. Plenty of food and shopping within minutes of the facility. Room size was great. We only picked up juice at the breakfast, but it looked good. If we ever need to stop in Tifton again, this is where we will stay.

All was well, nothing to complain of.

We were happy to see eggs and sausage included in the breakfast offerings. The coffee was good too! The location is good, just right off the highway. The staff is fantastic! Beds and pillows were super comfy!

Our only problem was our tv remote wasn't programmed to our tv correctly, so none of the channel were the same as on the card in the room. The front desk staff went above and beyond to try to fix it, but it required someone from maintenance to fix it the next day, so we just lived with it.

Location is good. Room was nice and bed was fairly comfortable. Room had all the Sheets, Pillows and Comforter for the Hide-A-Bed. Bathroom was also very nice and was loaded with plenty of towels for everyone.

Only one elevator for 4 floors which created some backups during check-in and check-out periods. Hallways were very hot since there was no AC in the halls but they did have ice machines making a lot of heat. The Continental Breakfast was poor. There was very little selection to eat. All they had were a some already made breakfast sandwiches which needed microwaved to warm up, yogurt and one type of cereal. They also had the standard juices and coffee. Would not recommend booking this place based on the Continental Breakfast. We ended up hitting the road and found a breakfast place elsewhere.
