The staff were wonderful. They were very friendly and personable. They went above and beyone to ensure my stay was comfortable and that my needs were met. The rooms were spacious and clean. The common areas were clean and always smelled good when you walked through.

I would have given a 10 but there were a couple of days baby roaches were seen in my room. I know it's difficult to be bug free with people in and out but, I would prefer not to see then in my room. Also, the TV could be a bit bigger. It was hard to see from the other side of the room where the 2nd bed was.

I liked how easy check in was and how there was a little market for snacks and drinks and that it was located within an area with alot of restaurants and convenience stores....the room was clean and cool and the beds were comfortable with fresh sheets and the shower had plenty of hot water...there were alot of side doors you could exit and enter from with your room key so you wouldn't have to trek thru the lobby every time....staff was friendly and always available to help

There was no elevator, or other real amenities other than basic wifi so getting to our room on the second floor with a ton of luggage was a bit of a hassle, no breakfast, and the fact the fire alarm was triggered at almost midnight the first night due to the sprinklers in the basement

The pool was extremely warm. Felt nice. But we weren't able to go swimming at night. Pool closed at 9. I did like that we could link our Netflix to the tv. That was cool and we were able to bring our dog. Staff was nice and housekeeping was really nice too. The price was decent.

The top of toilet was loose Where u push down to flush. The mini fridge had 3 legs. The middle end table was nasty. We disinfected every inch of the room. They had a bar/breakfast area but wasn't open because of covid. They only served coffee.

The lobby has a nice ambiance. Super friendly staff. Room had a nice set up with a mounted swiveling LG TV. Check outs at noon (game changer)

My husband and I stayed in room 129. The sink and closet areas border fell apart (literally fell off the wall) Large Visible Cracks in the walls of the bathroom ceiling. Biggest cringe was the old popcorn ceilings throughout the property. Carpets need seriously cleaning. The property also had major leaking and water damage in the lobby’s ceiling. Staff doing their absolute best to control the melted ice water coming into the building from the previous nights cold front.

I was afraid to stay at a hotel and in area I knew nothing about without my business partner. The man at check in was very kind and helped me understand where food, entertainment, and shopping was located. He even explained modes if transportation options. Willing to answer my questions every time I came downstairs. The room, linen, bathroom, towels, and furniture was clean. It smelled clean throughout the entire hotel.

The ice bucket was dusty and the bag to go in it had dirt spots. The ceiling was peeling but the stay was still wonderful.

I liked that it was clean and smelled fresh. The location and price were great in comparison to the other hotels around. Bed was comfy and I liked having an area to go outside from my room.

I hate that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. We had to take our food down toward the lobby to use the microwave. I also hated that there was no breakfast offered, not even continental. No indoor pool. Pretty basic hotel, no bells and whistles, but clean overall.

Our room was super comfortable, the bed and the pillows very nice, bathroom well kept no mildew or anything like that the towels were soft and there were plenty of them,the whole room was very clean, no funny smells at all, but the best thing is the bed and pillows super comfortable did not need to use my own totally recommend this place, also because is hidden we found it super quiet, they have makeup remover wipes I think that's a very nice detal and is all about the details, no complains at all, happy costumer here, definitely coming back with hubby next night out.

The ice machine was not working

The ONLY thing I liked was the room and the bed was so comfortable!! But that’s the only thing! I was not happy with my stay!!

I did not like that I had already paid for the room and then once I arrived, I had to put another $100 down security deposit!!!!!!! They don’t put that in the description!!! And then it take 5days to get the security deposit back! So No I am not happy at all!!

Excellent room. Very spacious and well appointed. Quiet with convenient parking. Would definitely stay again!

Marks like felt pen on hassock and orange stains behind toilet door. Hard to get to - need a better sign and lighting at entrance gate. Hard to see through bushes or at night. Hard to figure out in and out roads and VERY busy highway for out of towners!!

Front desk extremely helpful in getting me an early check in and a quiet room location. Very comfortable and attractive furnishings in lobby and guest room. Very fresh and clean room.

No breakfast and location-wise McDonald’s was the option. This property was formerly a Marriott Courtyard and there was a large Starbucks kiosk in the lobby but it was closed. (There was morning coffee available).
