The hotel staff and management were very friendly and attentive.

The rating was only hampered by having to kill a spider inside the room and the toilet tissue roll being detached from the wall.

Convenient location onsite meal options and close to other shopping and eating options.

Parking was packed but it was free so I can’t complain. The morning shift front desk staff on Tuesday conveyed no desire to answer questions or resolve an issue I had. I simply asked if she had a pen, a sheet of paper and tape to make a door tag since they didn't have one. She replied rudely "We don't have anything"!

The bed was my favorite thing about my room. soft mattress, extremely comfortable comforter. the comforter may have been weighted too (which is a plus). I also liked the fact that I could access my room via phone instead carrying around a room key that could be demagnetized by being placed near my car keys or phone — very convenient.

I hated the location of the property & the fact that the outside looked more like a motel than it did a Hilton hotel. I was turned off by the exterior of the hotel but roughed it out because it was late & I had already paid for my room. I think I’ll chose a different Hilton location during my next stay in Atlanta.

The property was nice.

The parking is terrible. Few spots close to entrance. Most spots are on restaurant side or back of hotel. Didn’t feel comfortable or safe having to walk such a long distance with my child before getting to the entrance. Also I really dislike that there’s no breakfast unless you pay a higher price for the same room.

The location of the hotel was near exit 285 and it had a variety of stores and restaurants nearby. We appreciated the cleanliness, inside and outside of the property. Our room was nice; the bed was super soft and comfortable and the A/C was superb. Lobby had a nice, calming atmosphere if you chose to sit and people watch or talk.

Elevators need to be updated/changed to newer model; there are only two and one stopped working. It’s a non-smoking but the hallways and parking lot near restaurant was heavily scented with the smell of marijuana. We weren’t able to try the restaurant attached to it.

The property was clean and staff was friendly

They had cancelled my reservation, and they only had 2 hand towels and 2 face clothes in the bathroom. When I called the front desk to get bath towels, we were told some would be brought to our room, but they never were. We had to dry off with hand towels.

We really enjoyed visiting the tavern that was attached to the hotel. The hotel was also easy to find and close to the attractions we were in town to visit.

There was garbage outside 2 of the entrances that was not picked up or moved the whole time we were there. I was not impressed by the outside cleanliness.

The staff was friendly. Checked in early and everything was ready. The rooms are large and clean. Great AC unit. The property was very quiet. We never heard other guest or house keeping.

The building is older but well maintained.

Cleanliness, location, the check in process was a breeze and the cookie was delicious 😋 Staff was great. Texts to see how our stay was going.
