Quality Inn

Staff was very accommodating. Found a room I could check in to more than an hour before "official check in" time. On second trip into the facility from the car, the key card did not work on the exterior door - so I went around to the front & asked staff if they key was likely to work on my room since it hadn't worked on the exterior door. Staff said it should work since there were sometimes problems with the exterior mechanisms - and then followed upstairs just to be sure the card would work! Most places would do nothing unless I came back downstairs if the key did not work (which has happed to me more than once in other facilities).

Great location, great price; surprisingly good breakfast (buffet with many selections). Coupon for 10% off several nearby restaurants (walking distance) was a nice surprise.

We didn't plan to use it, but the hot tub looked a little green. The room looked a little run down: dings in trim, mismatched towels. Nothing bad, and not surprising for the price.

Customer service was awesome,they had hot breakfast which consist of different breakfast items it was good...most of all we were really early drove all night for grandmas 94th birthday need to be able to check in rooms a couple of hours early to get ready for event they made this happen with no extra charge,this is second time webe stayed here and they are awesome.

Room was clean and well maintained

Fire alarm went off at 6am... Noone went around to make sure we were evacuated. Since it is difficult for us to move quickly we were still in the room when the alarm shut off. If there had been an actual fire..... I wouldn't be writing this now!!!

The surprise was how great the breakfast was. We were surprised all at the choices and quality of the food. Also, I was surprised to be greeted with cookies and lemonade when we arrived. The location was easy to find and right off the freeway.

It's not fancy, but adequate.

The staff was so very helpful. Initial room had a bad cat smell and she was able to get us a suitable clean smelling room. Apparently there had been issues all day with electricity outage etc. so no internet or tv but understood the problems.

Breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and super friendly staff!

The bathroom needed to be cleaned better and needed paint and the carpets desperately need to be shampooed or replaced. It felt sticky to walk on and my feet were black after a few minutes of walking on the carpet.

We liked the location was easy to get to and had access to restaurants and everything else we needed in walking distance.Granddaughter loved having access to pool without going outside.Just down the hall from our room.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Good breakfast, nice pool. As usual with Quality Inn, the directions were lousy. The website was poor, the map was of little help. And don't tell me I should download the app, that's no excuse.

Provide better directions!

Everything was great from location to staff.

Pool and especially hot tube needs some maintained. The hot tube had a nasty stench, floor was slimy, and partlce floating in it (hair).
