Super 8 by Wyndham Blackfoot - Idaho Falls

Despite a late check-in, the front desk was welcoming, and the morning staff was great with our grandchildren. Who are learning how to change smaller change to quarters for the candy machine. There was plenty of room for my motorized wheelchair and our gear. Great continental breakfast, hard-boiled eggs, toast, waffles, yogurt, cereal, and milk. Coffee could have been stronger, but still did the trick. Great parking and secluded area, the hotel is the hard to get get to but large parking lot.

Everything was great

I was there for a funeral and it ended earlier than I expected. So when I got to the hotel, I asked the lady what time check in was and she said 3, (of course I showed up 2 hours early) but said that if my room was done I could check in early. I have never had a hotel do that for me. Overall the 2 ladies I dealt with checking in and checking out the following morning were both friendly and polite. Now when I go to visit family, I will for sure be returning. Thank you for the great customer service.

The location was weird, there was a gate closing and opening all the time outside my room, and the shower curtain was designed to leak on the floor, with a u bar that went out way farther than it should, did not see any way of actually making it so it does not get water on the floor. Oh but the staff was really friendly, the 2 girls they had working were busting it, please give their manager a kudos for a good job.

Would like if they fixed the lights in the parking lot, so it had more light, area is in a shady part of that town, behind a grocery store that I think people were doing crack in front of, so some kind of security to make it feel safer. It is the kind of place that I only went to because there was nothing else available. Their front door glass was broken, and the building is just run down for 130 a night, the rooms are ok, but the outside needs work.

The location, the room was cozy, the staff was friendly. The front desk clerk made us feel welcomed. I booked online and I asked for non smoking room, online gave me a smoking room. When I checked in we were able to get a non smoking room and that was nice of the clerk to help with that. The facility was clean and inviting

The bed was hard and made it difficult to sleep but we did get some sleep. Having to buy Ice was stupid. The ice should be free, if the ice machine was available the ice is free.

The staff was nice ,rooms were clean, staff kept up on breakfast. We needed to change rooms n they did it as soon as a room was available

We got a smoking room was not good my kids got sick and I had trouble breathing.

Right off highway, good price including breakfast. Quick check in so you can get rest, eat breakfast and get back on the road. A little hard to find as it is tucked behind another building and there is no good signage to get you there but most travelers are resourceful and will get to it eventually.

It was neat and clean. Very spacious room. Staff was courteous. Everything we needed.

The breakfast was very meager. Not an issue for me. I don’t expect much for breakfast.

Everything was nice. Nice breakfast with the waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, bagel, toast ,instant oatmeal , apples.

Nothing really that I didntt like. Just a note that the property is kinda of wierd to get to but there are signs so just follow them. You will think your driving where your not supposed to, behind some buildings and parking lots , so the signs are haelpful.

Greatest Location

Accessories to their facility’s was odd, traveling through a shopping center parking lot to get to the facility was initially confusing. Although, having the shopping center so easily accessible turned out to be a positive.

Location off the freeway was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were just the right height. Not like other ones in other motels that are 28 to 30 inches off the floor! Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Heat came on quickly as did the hot water. Thanks for a good night's sleep!

Breakfast could have been more. Hard boiled eggs, cereal, would have been more that could have been provided. We got a pretty good breakfast with waffles and toast and other things at other motels in Montana.
