Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, working fridge and microwave. For the price, this is a nice place to stay. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone.

Had to peek my head around the corner to a private living area attached to the check in desk when no one came to check me in after entering the reception area. The gentleman who was summoned was very friendly once he came in.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the people working there were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The only complaint I had is that two days in a row we were rudely awakened by another guest who thought our room was that of one of his workers. On the first morning I could not figure out who banged on the door. I found him the second morning, let him know he had the wrong room, received a heart felt apology and never had another incident.

We stayed at 8 places on our trip, and this was easily the least expensive. Of course, Preston is not a destination city, like other places we stayed. The room was spacious, nice, quiet, and well supplied with amenities. It was nicer than other rooms we stayed in that were more than twice the price.

Nearly every business is Preston is closed on Sundays. That's not the motel's fault, but it's worth noting.

No breakfast available. Close to where I needed to go.

Being unable to walk very far. When I came in late after my meeting. There was no parking close to my room. No handicap parking available.

Comfy beds, nice furniture, everything was spotless and comfortable.

Would have liked breakfast for the price, and downstairs rooms are quite loud from upstairs footfalls

Good location, friendly staff, quiet.

it’s pretty outdated. Rooms could use new carpet as there were several stained areas but overall, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were great plenty of pressure and hot water.

It was close to my family reunion, and local hot springs. It was quiet and had comfortable beds.

One light cover was askew, and the bathroom door showed signs of warping from moisture, and a towlel ro was missing.

We didnt do breakfast, location was good.

I chose this motel because it said pet friendly, but when I checked in the office worker acted upset because I had a dog and she immediately told me there would be an extra fee now, I didnt like that at all, I have never had a problem in any other pet friendly motel.

The room was very clean, the bead was comfortable, the vending machine room was clean, and the staff was cheerful and helpful. The lawn/picnic area was a great place to enjoy our takeout dinner.

The height of the sink was way too low. It looked like it was for kids.

This may not be the most updated place you stay at but it was clean. Friendly staff and great location.

Could use some updates of furniture and mattresses but overall a good place to stay on your way through.
