Quality Inn Logan near University

The room was spacious, rare was fair, and breakfast was well tended and offered a variety of options. Everything in my room operated as expected and I didn’t have any issues. Check in was quick and parking was convenient.

The housekeeping staff could use a bit more attention to detail. There was the lid of a soap or lotion bottle on the floor behind the toilet from the previous guests, and both the shampoo and conditioner bottles that are provided had been used (they were only half full). That made me worry about what other shortcuts had been taken in the cleaning process. It made me apprehensive about whether my sheets and towels were actually clean.

The location is quiet and in the country. Easy to find parking. Good breakfast with helpful staff. The beds are very comfortable and the pool and spa area exceeded my expectations for a smaller hotel.

There are some areas that are a little worn down, for example the base of my bathroom toilet had a crack in it, but was repaired. Typical of an older hotel. Very clean regardless.

convenient location for us, full functioning pool and hot tub, friendly staff. I made a mistake with my booking dates and the staff I talked to on the phone was able to sort it out and change the dates even though I booked through a third party site

bed wasn’t the best but it was pretty good

The king size bed was firm and flat. If this mattress was a hybrid, it did not feel like one. Had a great restful sleep and the morning breakfast was plentiful.

One side door card reader did not work, had to walk to another door to get back in. Someone left a rock by the door to prop it open while you are outside, to get back into the hotel.

It’s a bit dated. The ventilation isn’t the best. Rooms felt muggy. But we still love this hotel and it’s location. Had television/internet issues that had to be resolved but the staff was able to get it sorted out.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. All of the plumbing was functional. There was a great view. Breakfast was included and was more than I expected. Staff was cleaning the breakfast area as we entered. Excellent stay!

There was only one chair in the room and it felt a bit dangerous.

Really nice room and a nice breakfast. A nice place considering it was a last minute booking so was pleasantly surprised. Staff are awesome❤️

It was a little noisy because of the traffic outside, but the noise did ease off around 12pm.

It was clean. Had areas that had been updated! They even provided housekeeping services! we were very surprised! First time in over two years that I didn’t have to go ask for towels or to empty my own trash! There was a variety of food items for breakfast. Waffles are my favorite!

Breakfast was busy on a packed weekend. Needed another person helping out. Too busy for one person to handle refills and coffee and all the needs.

The staff was very nice, Jake was super cute and very friendly as he helped troubleshoot why my laptop wasn't connecting which the issue was beyond his issue but I appreciated it so much and the guy who worked Feb 14th morning was so friendly and nice.
