The room was very spacious and check in was easy. I like the hot tub and pool area. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Staff was friendly.
This is very minor but one of the windows was missing the black out drapes. There were some guests with out of control kids running up and down the hallway at late hours. This isn't exactly the hotel's fault but it was annoying. Also you couldn't access some of the outside doors with your room key for example, if you parked in the back, you would have to walk all the way around to the front.

Good breakfast. Nice variety. Varied by day. Had excellent service from the front desk. When we were checking out, I told the desk clerk about the noise late at night above us. He discounted our bill.
WE had requested a top floor, but did not get it. As a result, we had "stompers" and "jumpers" above our room late at night. Still, the hotel did attempt to deal with the situation that night. There is only so much you can do to stop noise.

It was nice but needs an upgrade. Signs in the hallway were damaged and our room has holes in the walls and need painting.

I thought the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The room could have been a bit cleaner. There was a large "grease" spot on the kitchen counter which was a bit disgusting.

Breakfast was great in a nice dining area, coffee was good, the variety of offerings -- the waffle maker! Clean, quiet, comfortable, with helpful staff, and a great location to rest along our journey

It was extremely clean and checking in was a breeze. It was our stop along the way as we travelled to visit family-the room was comfortable, it was quiet and the coffee was hot!!!

It’s very convenient location and had very nice rooms for the most part.
Staff wasn’t at the front desk ever. Went to checkout and stood there for 10+ minutes while the woman sat outside. Also, the bathroom fan did not work at all so the bathroom stayed very moist after showers.
