Best Western Delta Inn

Location. Price. we missed the 5:00-6:00 snack time. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel! Area was neat, clean & very inviting!!

I think the hall carpeting could have been vacuumed. Edges/corners in hallways & a little more TLC in the rooms is in order. Appreciate these employees that clean but they should be trained a little better! Entrance area needs some cleaning also! Need some new sheets & blanket needs to be enclosed in clean sheets because the blankets are not washed between visitors. Makes me a little uncomfortable. If sheets were crisp the rest mentioned above wouldn’t matter as much!

This stay was a stop over on a motorcycle trip. Location was easy to get to. No real issues with city noise. Plenty of options for most any needs close by. Breakfast was great and on time. A big plus for us getting an early start. When we arrived about 5 people showed up to check in at the same time. I was amazed how quickly the staff had the check in line cleared.

There was nothing I did not like.

Very clean hotel. Employers were courteous, professional, and helpful. Great location. Has a pet area with doggy bags. The room was also very clean and very comfortable. There were toiletries in the bathroom. Personal hand sanitizer provided in room. Tv worked and Wifi worked as well. Breakfast was very good. Complementary bottled water by the reception. Great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful finding us rooms close together.

The breakfast was very disappointing. We were warned by the front desk that the "Omelette Lady" usually gets there later than the 7:00 start of breakfast time, but she ended up not showing up at all. We were left with crappy breakfast pizza and smoked sausage. It was terrible! I was deciding between here and the Quality Inn. I called both places to ask specifically about their breakfasts in the time of Covid. Next time, I'll go to Quality Inn.

The bed was very comfortable. The couch was wonderful - it was amazing to have so much in the room. The coffee was amazing! All of the staff were wonderful at meeting our needs A+ service!

We really didn’t have anything to complain about the hotel. The only issue that we had was trying to find the parking spots; if there were anything that I would suggest is to repaint the stripes on the parking lot. My wife and I have stayed at the hotel before and it’s probably one of the best that we’ve stayed in.

The location was great. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff were all wonderful. We needed accommodations for a wheelchair and a small dog. The staff was great. .

The beds were a bit too firm for our liking. I prefer a firmer bed, but these were a bit too firm. Other than that it was great. The room could have been a bit larger to accommodate a wheelchair, but we made it work.

We didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel because we had other plans. The hotel was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly. The cleaning staff left us notes that they hoped we enjoyed our stay, and with little surprises, like a little bag jelly beans, and a sanitizer. They respected our privacy sign, but slid a note under the door, to please let the front desk know if there was anything that we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The amenities were up to date, and fairly new. We didn’t have time to check out the pool, but it looked very nice.

No complaints about anything.

Room was clean and air conditioner worked wonderfully. One bed was soft the other was firm. Pillows were good.

Hotel was close to interstate so we heard trucks all night long. Hotel was under a remodel so a bit torn up in hallways. No hot breakfast. Muffins and fruit. Only three towels and one washcloth provided for three adults to share. Overall it was a good stay but expected more for the for the price.

The staff was exceptional! Very personable and so willing to make our stay comfortable. They even had a grab bag for us in the morning with goodies for the road!!

There really wasn’t anything i didn’t like. It wasn’t fancy but it was updated and clean. Just perfect after a long day of driving.

Location was great - very easy to find. Check in process was simple and well handled, and the kind lady behind the desk kindly offered my husband a band-aid for a nasty cut he got while loading a moving truck which was most appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. Will certainly return if in the area again!

Nothing! Everything went well from start to finish including easy parking for a 12' rental truck. Very pleased with the experience at Best Western Delta!
