Loved the size of room. Good food

For a handicapped accessible room the door was super hard to open. It was stuck and you really had to use force to open and close it. Prob would be hard for someone in a wheelchair. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom so got super steamy. Pool area was nice but dirty pool and hot tub. Wasn’t cleaned the two days we were there. Very steamy room and my eyes burned after sitting in the pool and hot tub for about and hour and a half. Never went under water but felt maybe too many chemicals in the air. And the pool towels way too small. There was a baseball team there and the boys ran all over the first floor like they owned the place. Never saw anyone tell them to stop

Breakfast had a lot of selections for the diabetics and the sweet tooth people. Room was very clean and looked great.

The only complaint was the couch was low sitting and the only other chair in the room was a computer chair, which for someone with back issues isn't comfortable. The cost of the room even on Booking.com was a little pricey that we are looking at other hotels a little farther away and where there are places to get food late night.

The hotel rooms were quite large. We got 2 queens and it came with a couch and small coffee table as well as a desk. Pool was decent sized and good temperature but there were no towels. Breakfast was standard and well maintained.

They had some construction going on so the lobby did not look great. Our room was missing its remote- the front desk brought us another- but we later found the remote under the bed and some trash under the couch. The location was only a mile from town but nothing delivered on grub hub or door dash.

Very clean and comfortable. The lobby was nice, the windows were clean on the front door so it was a good first impression. The front desk, lobby area and hallways were clean and well kept. The room was not new but it was nice. Bed was comfortable. Front desk clerk was nice.

Coffee was bad, why do hotels not use a filtered water system? The luggage carts need replaced, didn't work very well and quite old

even though they were doing remodeling, it was still clean and the staff at the front desk are always super nice

The ladies, who do the breakfast were not very nice at all my daughter wanted biscuits and gravy. It was 9 o’clock and they were out and I asked if they were going to fix more and she said no breakfast is not over until 10.

Staff where good.

Room needed more TLC. Cobwebs in window seal. Half eaten bag of chips found between wall and bed. Breakfast seemed reheated not fresh. Bathtub felt slimy. Bathroom floor needed better cleaning. Seemed like when we left our room for a while it smelled of cigarettes smoke when we returned.😝

It was close to everything we wanted to do. The bed and pillows were very comfortable . And the a/c kept us very cool at night.

The price could had been alittle lower for a Comfort Inn. Some landscaping could be spruced up and weeds pulled.

Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet.

Hot tub was scummy like it hadn't been cleaned. Hotel room was very humid and could use ventilation, especially in the bathroom when showering because it made the whole room steamy. There was a thick layer of dust across the headboard in my room, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The hotel breakfast was sub par, not many options to choose from.

Very clean and nice employees. Was treated nicely.

I had a two day reservation. My car was giving me trouble and I wanted to get to dealer for service, Nearest dealer was roughly 100 miles away. I wanted to check out a day early to get on road. I was informed I could check out but would still need to pay for the second nite of my reservation. I checked out prior to 1"00 AM so it was not a late in the day checkout. Turned out I did not make it to the dealer and had to have the car towed. Can any consideration be made on this issue.

Location was great. Breakfast was not really impressive. I'd have preferred fresh coffee available 24 hours daily, and a larger assortment of tea.

The coffee was generally always old, not very warm. Only tea selections were regular and decaf. I thought the room rates were overpriced for the quality of the breakfast and lack of fresh hot coffee.
